Ordered a French burger, bun was toasted with butter, the burger had a great balance. Had wine and a mixed drink. Both were perfect. They only had 1 bartender and waiter on Valentine’s Day. Took a long while to get our food, the appetizer came out after the burger. Good place to go relax especially if you are not in a hurry. They also have live music on Thursdays.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish!
Uva Wine Bar is a true gem in Colorado Springs. I came in looking for a beautiful place to unwind, and I left completely inspired. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is romantic and elevated, and the staff — especially Christian — were so knowledgeable and kind.
I tried the Sweet Life and Smooth Sailing wine flights, and each pour was incredible. My favorite was the Foris Vineyards Moscato!
As for the food: the fig & prosciutto flatbread was light and refreshing, the warm dates with goat cheese were out of this world (a must!), and the chicken panini was perfectly crisp and juicy. We ended with a crème brûlée that was the perfect sweet finish.
Whether you’re planning a romantic date night or looking for a cozy, classy spot to toast after your elopement — Uva is the place. Can’t wait to return!

Timing finally worked out where we could visit uva and boy was the wait worth it. Fantastic warm day and uva had the side doors open to the patio. Service with Jordan was fantastic. She helped my wife and I pick a fantastic wine. We chose 3 small plates, Italian meatballs, scallops, and brie. All perfectly sized and excellent flavors. Several more to try when we come back and uva is high on the list for return. Don’t miss this place!

this place always has good food, good drinks, good energy & good times! on 01/16 one of my girlfriends & i came to uva & we had Jordan as our server & she was freaking awesome!! she went above & beyond for us & super attentive the entire time. she overheard us talking about wanting to compare two wines & she brought us a sample of the bottle we didn’t already have. seriously she was so awesome!! give our girl a raise!!

Service was great. Wine selection is great. Food is meh. Had the burrata bruschetta and it was all toast and jelly, hardly any of the $14 dollar cheese I expected. The creme brulee was good, right amount of crust.

The wine flights were really nice and the live music added a fun touch. Service was slow and the food was just okay, but the space has potential. I wish it felt a little cozier, more romantic, with more comfortable seating instead of mostly tables. I would still come back to try more wines and enjoy the music.

My boyfriend and I came here following his birthday celebrations during the week, and let’s just say it was amazing. Although everything was small, the food was definitely filling and tasty. We didn’t have a chance to try any of the entrée’s but from the looks of the food coming out of the kitchen, we will definitely be coming back to try it.
The flourless chocolate torte was so moist, it tasted like the love child of a brownie and a cake mixed together. Delicious. We also tried light and fun flight, which allowed for us to experience flavors that we didn’t know we could taste in the wine selection we had.
I’m sure you will love it just as we did.

I met a friend here for some afternoon wine and apps and it was wonderful. Indoor and outdoor seating; couches, tables and bar seating inside. Our server (Jordan?) was very helpful in suggesting wines, and even helped me select a bottle to bring home. We ordered crab cakes and deviled eggs and both were yummy. Great vibes. Will definitely be back.

I’m here from out of town and decided to check this place out. They had live music which was nice but I also sat at the bar with ear buds in and read my kindle. Service, food, and wine selection were great! I come here for work so will definitely be back when I travel this way again!
