Great restaurant for a date or a large group. I went on Saturday night for my birthday with 9 girls and it was great! Good food, good drinks. Service was good, and they even gave us some shots on the house for my birthday! I will definitely be coming back here

I came here Friday with my girlfriend with high expectations which were easily met. Overall the place had a calm ambiance to it that really set the mood for a nice date night. Recently for any of my dining experiences in NYC I’ve been incredibly disappointed at the service but this was not the case here. We were immediately sat at our table and attended to by our waiter. At no point was I searching for him or her and the busboys did an amazing job with refills which is typically unique. I got the midnight road-trip which was a great spin on a whiskey version of an espresso martini. Sweet but you still got a great smoky taste from the drink. I got the chicken parm XL which was fantastic. My girlfriend got the gnocchi which she was raving about. Looking forward to coming back soon or visiting the other restaurants next door.

Excellent gnocchi and crispy calamari. Service was attentive and friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. We tried the bologense sauce, which tasted traditional and the truffle sauce, earthy and fragrant. I’ll be back for the soft pillowy gnocchi and to try the delicious looking authentic pizza!

Pizza was delicious. The chicken was very juicy and flavor. The sauce with the chicken was amazing. I’d skip the fish. The service was great. Waters were always refilled. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere in doors. Very good social distancing guidelines inside. I’ll be back next time back to the full restaurant UVA next door. UVA Next Door has more of a small bites with some wine or a cocktail vibe. Which was amazing. Cheers!

Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurant! We had the Zio Vittorio pizza and it is one of the best pizzas I have had (and I lived in Italy)! We also has the agnolotti , which was decadent. The Montepulciano wine was solid. The service was attentive. We were singing praises of our meal weeks after our dinner. Highly recommended.

Being not an upper east-sider, I decided to give this place a try. The food was good, however when I was having dinner there was a construction guy who started spraying and fixing the ceiling right on top of my dinner table where I was eating! I was able to smell the gas from his spray and also felt some spray on me!
