So happy with the change. Tried the new and improved pizza and was absolutely blown away. The best thin crust pizza in central NY. The sauce is perfectly balanced sweet and salty, mozzarella cheese is of high quality, and the crust is perfectly thin with just the right amount of density to it. Really haven’t had pizza this good in a long time. My family’s new favorite pizzeria!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 2 dozen everything wings and all I got was a fried wings then charred on the grill after that and I don’t know what they put on but it was far from being everything sauce they were so dry and charred I am just mind blown who ever cooked it think to yourself would you eat this too would you serve it to a family member? Never again I am going there the girl that took my order also was speaking 100mph running 100 mph grabbing the wrong things for my order then just rambling on and on about nothing. Very disappointed, very discussed, very nauseous.

My husband and I love Charlie’s but the last two times we’ve ordered from the Whitesboro location the food has been sub par- not good at all. I ordered the grilled chicken pesto panini and it was flavorless and soggy, could only eat half. I have ordered it before and remember the sandwich being delicious! Not this time.
I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad on the side and got a house salad. We ordered pizza, a plain cheese, and it was disappointing. It was not hot and it was not as good as it usually is. We are super disappointed and probably won’t be ordering from there again for a while.

Chicken riggies Pizza is a must try. Two dishes served as one brilliant pizza. I love it so much I make that my birthday dinner every year. Top that off with garlic knots and you will eat like a king.

Awful takeout telephone service! Ordered specifically with much detail a hot eggplant parmigiana sub with mozzarella cheese, extra sauce and baked in oven so bread was crisp. Paid extra for added sauce. Received none of that. Good eggplant but, on a mushy cold sub, no cheese, no sauce. The dog ate it! Called to complain. Told we have a new cook and we don’t do what N. Utica Charlie’s does. DiGristino Family take notice. Too many restaurants to manage well possibly?

Ordered a large antipasto and specialty slice..both were excellent..the salad did not lack on anything…veggies…meat..etc..slice was delicious as well…and for a single slice…it was big! Will definitely venture back to try other things …

Very friendly but not knowledgeable. I asked if the French fries had wheat. They said no and that they were the most expensive ones. I got home and they definitely were breaded French fries with wheat.
