This Japanese restaurant was a great find. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the staff are also friendly and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything we tried tasted great, and you can really tell the ingredients are very fresh and carefully prepared.
The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Overall, great food, friendly service, and a diverse menu. I would definitely come back again.

Most of the dishes we ordered was good. Tuna Toro literally melts in your mouth like butter. The only thing we didn’t like was beef teriyaki, it was a bit tough and dry. Tempura ice cream not too sweet and was very delicious. Portion to price for this establishment is reasonable. Recommend this place.

Generous portions. Bento box with large salmon filet. Chirashi bow was awesome with nice presentation. Quality of the fish was very nice

The pork katsu is super thin, juicy, and really tasty. Their Fire Oyster with spicy mayo is amazing — perfect with drinks. They also run beer deals: sometimes BOGO, and even on regular weekdays it’s buy the first glass and get the second one half off. Such a good deal, prices are super reasonable, and honestly this place never disappoints. Definitely recommend!

We stopped in for lunch since we were in the area.

We each ordered a Chirashi bowl and shared an agedashi tofu.

The Agedashi Tofu was okay. It needed a bit more flavor.

The Chirashi bowls came with much flair. Smoke rising from dry ice! It was pretty impressive. The selection of fish was good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed with the flavors. The Uni was the best item, the Salmon was decent, but the other fish tasted very similar to each other. Also the slices were very large and certain pieces were veiny. I prefer smaller, bite-sized portions.

Overall, the visual presentation was good, but flavor and execution didn’t impress.

Lovely sushi restaurant with excellent food!
The owner came to our table and chatted with us – so friendly!
My daughter and I came here for the first time today for a late lunch, and it was absolutely a delightful experience. The sushi was delicious, so fresh and presented so artistically! And you have to try the garlic green beans – yummers!!
They have a Buy one, Get one 50% off special that they run everyday for their special rolls – lots and lots of options there.
They have only been open for about a year, and I am wishing them much success. I know I plan to be a “regular” here!
I am posting some photos in that section of the website, as I don’t see a way to do that within this review.

I came to OC for some errands and decided to grab some Japanese food — and wow, it completely exceeded my expectations! The sashimi was thick and incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients.

I visited a Japanese restaurant in Tustin with my family. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Tustin Roll, which had shrimp, crab meat, avocado, and tuna inside. It was really good and full of different flavors. For my kids, I ordered the udon soup, and they loved it. The restaurant also has great lunch specials where you can choose 2 or 3 items at a special price. Overall, it was a nice place for a family meal with tasty food and good value.

Very good service especially when the owner walked around and check with every table. We had question about some food item. He remade order for us and gave us extra. The tempura ice cream is yummy and good for sharing because they already quartered for us. Owner even gave me a free scoop of ice cream because I gave ice cream to my family and skip myself.

They accepted an order on Uber Eats. I knew it was a busy night so i decided to call in and confirm. They verified. I show up – “sorry we are out of rice and can’t take more orders.” I get it – not the staff’s fault they are busy. Things happen. I tell them to cancel the order so I’m not billed. They say it hurts their rating with uber if they cancel and say they won’t dk it and i need to. I get very upset and obviously say no way to that. Finally convinced one of the staff to do it against their boss’s will. Honestly wouldn’t have been a big deal as things always happen if they just said hey we apologize and we will cancel the order rather me driving out for 25 min and then wasting another 15 arguing with them to cancel it.
