This place is a hidden gem. This is a food truck…but the food is better than any big restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise for us. We had samosa and tikki chaat. Samosa was out of the world… best ever I had in US. Reminded me of a samosa corner in India…masala inside with peas… and perfect spices, amazingly crispy…freshly made. We like it so much that we re ordered it. Tikki chaat was yummy too.

Pulled off the highway from our road trip and found this food truck nestled in the corner of a parking lot. Excellent prices with generous portion sizes. Plenty leftover for our lunch tomorrow. Samosas were stuffed full of nicely spiced potatoes. Goat curry, chicken biryani, and roti were excellent. Will keep this place in mind for future trips through the area.
