Truly amazing food, highly recommend the chicken butter (tourist friendly), Aloo Keema and chicken Biryani. Careful accepting sides because they are charged extra. This would’ve been 5 stars, but we waited 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive.

This was absolutely delicious. We aren’t exactly sure what we ordered (tandoori chicken masala or chicken tikka masala and the vegetable something) but it was just SO good. The music was very calming, they lit a candle for us, and the waiter was great. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, and were served an appetizer and water right away. The main course arrived about 15 minutes after ordering.

Usmania Indian Restaurant exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, the warm aromas and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for an exceptional meal.
We started with the Chicken Pakora, which was a perfect introduction to the meal. The pieces were crisp on the outside, tender inside, and seasoned beautifully light enough to enjoy as a starter but flavorful enough to set the bar high for the courses to come.
The Lamb Dhanshak was an absolute standout. The lamb was incredibly tender, and the balance of sweet, sour, and mildly spicy flavors in the lentil based sauce was masterful. It’s the kind of dish that quietly becomes your new favorite rich, comforting, and layered with depth.
Equally impressive was the Chicken Tikka Masala. The chicken was perfectly cooked, with that signature smoky tandoori flavor coming through beautifully. The sauce was silky, vibrant, and just the right amount of indulgent. Paired with their fresh naan, it was impossible to stop eating.
The service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the menu offers a superb mix of traditional favorites and unique specialties. Whether you’re a longtime lover of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Usmania delivers authenticity, quality, and flavor in every bite.

We had a delightful dinner yesterday and the dishes were delicious. We’ve had tasted nice Indian food in several parts of the world and yesterday’s meal ranked among the best we’ve had. The service was just as good.

I was afraid to visit Usmania when I looked at the reviews but Oh Boy Oh Boy !! It’s such a wonderful place.
Proper fine dine experience. Both the girls and the boy there, were such a lovely human. They took care of us very well.
I ordered Pakora, Mirch Masala Chicken, Mix Grill and Peas Palao.
Super amazing pakoras and the chicken was also good. The only issue was with the mutton seekh kabab as they had an unpleasant smell other than that, the bbq was super amazing.
Chicken tikka was so good that it was melting in the mouth. Proper Pakistani taste and Pakistani hospitality.
I wish I could more stars.

AMAZING! Don’t be shy if their is no one inside eating! We were the only 2 people in the restaurant and we were delighted we walked in the door! The service and food was absolutely amazing! The flavours from all the dishes were outstanding! Sami our waiter was Very helpful with any questions we had abt the dishes and gave great recommendations. Will definitely be back.

We went to this restaurant yesterday, and it turned out to be a really good decision for us as vegetarians, since we had experienced some difficulties finding suitable options in other restaurants in the city. To start, they served papadum with sauce as an appetizer. Then we ordered the vegetarian dinner for two (Vegetarian Dinner 3), which was fantastic, along with some other vegan dishes. This is one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve ever been to.

What a meal we had! Just woww. Chef Atiq ur Rehman and server Preeti rocks. We had aalo gobi, shahi paneer, mix veg, plain nan, butter naan and Coriander naan(must try). Simply outstanding food and tastes similar to Indian food. Post the meal, we had Indian Tea, cooked on gas, rarely served in Ireland and restaurants. I would give 6 stars if possible.
