It’s really difficult to find good Japanese cuisine in Northeast Arkansas. When I drove past a shack in Wynne called USA Hibachi Express, I thought to myself, maybe, just maybe, this is a hidden gem. I was incredibly wrong. I was intrigued by the small shed, so I walked in with my boyfriend. I tried to order for both of us, but they couldn’t quite seem to understand that he was allergic to shellfish, which meant they had to separate everything from shrimp. Looking into their kitchen, our confidence of their allergy practices were not high, so we determined he wouldn’t get anything. The day I went they had a special for a Steak Rice Bowl, so I ordered it along with an order of spring rolls. My order didn’t take very long, so I took it to go to eat in the car. Let’s just say I wasn’t very impressed. I ordered my steak medium rare, and they cooked it to medium. The cut of the steak was very thick, and it was incredibly tough to chew. The vegetables weren’t cooked all the way through, so some parts of it were raw. The fried rice was incredibly bland, which was the biggest disappointment of all. I tried to add more soy sauce, but honestly nothing was salvaging it. The spring rolls were okay, most likely because they were store bough frozen and then simply deep fried- which, for a small restaurant like this, I don’t blame them for doing so, as a lot of hibachi restaurants do this. Ultimately I spent $25, and it was a disappointing waste. I would not recommend going here for quality food.

They constantly change the order. The oh my gosh rolls change every couple weeks. They cover the rolls in the thickest soy sauce you can make and completely ruins it last 3 times the soy was in a packet for me to use if I wanted. The steak is just cooked however they are feeling that day regardless of what you ask. You’ll have a lot better experience, taste, and cost at home to not have someone play around with how they make the food. At the end of the day, regardless of how much they add on to it, it’ll alway be just a food truck.

I have been going here for years since they came to Wynne I use to drive over 20 miles just for this place. I work in town now and I have notice every time I go there in the last 8 months it was gotten worse every time!!! I don’t know if they switched management but it is gross it almost taste spoiled. I will drive a little further to Forrest City now ☹️

Great fried rice, vegetables, steak and shrimp. Chicken was very tough and dry. The crab ragoons are Amazing! The Oh My Gosh Roll was delicious! This is a food truck with a waiting area built on to it. Fast service but took a while to get food because it is cooked fresh after you order. Take out but has one table in the waiting area with seating for 2.

The food is straight forward but mediocre. Very often the proteins are overcooked and the vegetables aren’t very appetizing. There are some good flavors but I wasn’t very impressed. The portion sizes are appropriate for the cost. There aren’t great drink options.

Really wanted this to be good but it was not. Over cooked everything. Very dry chicken. Everything flavored with heavy terriaki. Frankly, it was so bad that had I paid ten dollars a plate for it I would just call it really bad but the fact that I paid 41 dollars for two combo plates and a sushi roll kind of makes it completely awful. Food truck food should not cost this much but if it does, well it sure should taste good and be freshly made.

I’m usually very satisfied with the food here. This is the first time in a few months I’ve ordered and I am not satisfied at all. The portions have been cut in half I only got 5 small pieces of steak, the yum yum sauce is basically water, my side of teriyaki chicken is super watery at the bottom as well, and it had no flavor like it use to. For the price of this food and it being this disappointing they’ve lost my family’s business. This makes me really sad too because it was something we’d treat ourselves with. Not anymore. What in the heck happened hibachi?!?

Just stopped by for the first time ever an am blown away! The service was very quick food was amazing. We got steak Hibachi, the OMG roll, and the crab Rangoons and I’m tempted to go back for more right now! Not sure I’ll be eating anywhere else for a little while!

I was really looking forward to this meal, But the steak was so chewy and no flavor, I don’t think it was the cut they normally use. On the other hand the veggies, rice and egg rolls were delicious and my husband enjoyed the shrimp
