Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with a great balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting perfect for a casual meal or a night out with friends. Definitely one of the best pizza spots around, and I’ll be coming back again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ — Urbano32, Chester
Urbano32 has some of the best pizzas we’ve had in England! We ordered the Rustica, the Capri, and the Margherita, and every single one was fantastic — fresh ingredients, a perfect crust, and great for sharing. Three pies were more than enough for four adults and a child. Truly delicious.
I also had the ginger mojito, which was absolutely divine — refreshing, bright, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal.
Our server, Ella, was also wonderful — warm, attentive, and such a bright spot in the experience.
The only reason I’m giving three stars today is the cannoli. I was excited to try the salted caramel version, but the shell was unfortunately very hard and not what you’d expect from such a great Italian-inspired spot. Everything else was so good that the dessert just didn’t match the level of the meal. Honestly, if it can’t shine like the rest of the menu, it may be worth reworking or removing so guests can leave on the same high note they started on.
Overall, we really enjoyed Urbano32 — amazing pizza, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. I’d absolutely return… I’ll just stick to the savory side next time!

Absolutely delicious. I need to walk 20k steps so I can eat more of their food. Big fan of cannolis, they were tiny but you get 4 for £5. I was satisfied with one!
They were also super kind and patience with our 14 mo old. He was walking everywhere. Beautiful food beautiful atmosphere.

Everything was spot on. The pizzas were delicious, the service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and cosy. It was very busy at 5pm which was a good sign. Very good value too. Would definitely recommend.

I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. The pasta was slightly bland, but the portion size was generous, making it quite satisfying. Since today is Mother’s Day, the restaurant thoughtfully offered my mom a glass of Prosecco, which added a festive touch to our meal.
The service was great—staff were polite, friendly, and always had a smile. The restaurant also had a wonderful atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to dine. While the flavor could have been improved, overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth a try!

We took 16 teenagers for a birthday meal and the staff could not have been more helpful. All the food was absolutely delicious too. We are lucky to have such a fantastic restaurant in Chester.

Food was very average. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but only just cooked through so very soggy and the ingredients lacked any flavour. Salt and pepper pork belly was disappointing. Fries were soggy too. Good selection of drinks. Service was fine. Probably won’t be returning.

Called here Thursday and unexpected delight it’s two for one pizza night. We We had humous starter two pizzas and gelato desert. All excellent. Service very good and nice atmosphere. Fair pricing.

Went during the 50% food during January, pizzas were very average. Pizza sauce had no seasoning and just tasted like tinned tomatoes straight from the tin, crispy rocket tasted like seaweed and just generally lacking in flavour (thank god for the oils on the table and the waiter offered salt & pepper, we needed a lot!!). Service very good, but food disappointing. Not sure if cheating out on ingredients during a cheap month, certainly tasted like it.
