Our first time here and it was Fantastic!
Fantastic service, nice, accommodating and friendly.
Fantastic food, every bite was as good as the first. You probably can’t go wrong. The fries are crisp and burgers are cooked to perfection and the pulled pork and beef are tremendous. Everything is made in house and it shows.
The bartender is friendly and makes srong and tasty drinks.
I highly recommend a visit!

Just came in for some drinks, fantastic specials and draft listing. Even though we just came in for a couple of drinks, our server gave us ample attention.

We walked in and noticed one table available (this is a seat yourself place) it was a table for 8. We sat at the one end of the table, another small group of people were standing and said they were told they could sit there because they were too small of a group. We kindly asked if they wanted to share the table and they gladly accepted. The waitress (short, dark hair in a pony tail, wearing black sun glasses on her forehead) rushed over and said we couldn’t sit there, only a large group could. We stated we are happily sharing the table with this group of people, who we learned were visiting from Chicago. She stated the table can only serve a large group and we would have to wait for a different table, we were a full group of 5 mind you. A different pleasant young waitress came over and said I can take this table its not a problem, the other waitress argued with the nice young waitress and then huffed off,,constantly giving us the stink eye. She then came back and said fine, but if a smaller table opens we will move you…… We said thats fine…..
The young waitress was soooo nice and pleasant and we ended up having a great time with thw out of town group.
We witnessed the same thing happen to another set of people that came in….mind you during this whole time we were eating about 5-6 tables opened and they would have lost all of service if we all left. We also noticed the same rude waitress not being attentive to some of the tables she was serving, and people getting frustrated and leaving.
We go to urbane many many times, but now not sure if we will ever return again, especially if we see that waitress.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite places. It’s always crowded and noisy, but during the summer you can sit by the open windows or outside. Fun to watch all the people and traffic on 8th Street.
Last time I went I had the fish fry and my dinner companion had the Cobb salad with salmon. Both were generous portions and delicious. We also ordered some Coconut Shrimp. Perfectly done with a tasty sauce.
And the drinks! Well, it IS a bar, so they have lots of choices. I had a Grapefruitini…fresh grapefruit, grapefruit vodka ..it was so refreshing. My friend had a Luxata Manhattan that he said was great.

Delicious food. I had a salad with salmon. We also had a Friday fish fry. Good cocktails. Great outdoor table service. The only issue was noisy street traffic, but that’s not really Urbane’s fault. Indoor seating was also available.

Let me start by saying the food and drinks tasted amazing! But, half way through eating my salad I found a hair. I let the server know. She was kind and apologized. When the bill came the salad was still on there. Now I never ask for anything free, but finding a hair (not my own) in food is an automatic removal from a bill. When we asked about it we found out she would need to talk to the owner. After talking to the owner she agreed to remove part of the salad. Never have I ever been as disrespected as we were at this restaurant.

Our go to spot for great drinks. They are slightly pricy however they use fresh squeezed juices in every drink! The staff is very nice and the service is good even when it’s busy. We did not get food this time but have previously and have never been disappointed.

This is the most amazing place I have tried in Sheboygan. The Thai nachos are amazing. I got a seat right next to the window, which are removed for the summer months and the atmosphere is a bit like watching the show cheers. The most relaxed and happy I have felt in a long time. Ask for Alex, she is an awesome waitress and very attentive. Not enough great things to say about this place. Give it a try!!!
