Loved it! Massive portions, lots of options, all very tasty. I got the spicy peanut sauce with udon noodles, tofu and lots of veggies. The tofu was crispy, which is hard to do so I was impressed.

Once I received my fried rice it was only filled to a quarter of the takeout box capacity. Good food, but terrible portion sizes for a meal that is $16+ wish I could get a refund.

The newest restaurant in Chaska. It is a nice addition with a modern touch. I went here for lunch the other day. I know some people complain in reviews saying the size of the takeout box is bigger than the portion. True, but I’m a big guy and I still couldn’t eat the whole portion in one sitting. So it is plenty of food.

The food was good. My kids at all the chicken wings, I mean all of it in one sitting and it was a lot for toddlers.

You can add in all the veg you want to your dishes which is great. The service was quick but the fact you don’t talk to anyone when placing an order, to me, feels a little impersonal, thus my 4 stars for service.

They are just a few weeks in and so far, I think they are off to a good start. I’m sure as time goes by, they will get better and better and I look forward to visiting again.

No phone number to call. Received our order and one of the meals was a half full container with no sauce and none of the chicken that was ordered. It’s like they forgot to finish making my food.

Hugely dissatisfied with the portions. I ordered Waikiki surf & turf w/ extra beef and extra shrimp. The takeout container was half full and only contained about 8 small shrimp and 8 small pieces of beef. The taste was good, but for $23 one would expect at least double the amount of food. I will never go back and I predict, if they don’t double up their portions, it won’t survive 1 year.

Was really excited to try this place but it’s just bad. Price point is way too high and the food is just not good. We had two very different orders and both were just extremely disappointing. Our order was cold and texture and flavor was bad. After spending $20 per person, I can’t leave anything but a 1 star review.

I also want to add that they charge you a service fee and also for a tip even though you have to either order online or order from a tablet yourself in store.

Giving this place 3 stars because the Sriracha, Ginger, Agave rice was amazing. The menu said it had chicken but I didn’t have any chicken in my rice, likely something I missed on the self order kiosk. The steak and noodles with Korean BBQ was lacking in flavor and the two flavors of chicken wings were not only lacking in flavor but also had soggy chicken skin, there is nothing grosser then biting into soggy chicken skin.

The food was prepared freshly and steaming hot. They are very quick as well. My son loves the beef and says it is better than nose take out places. I used the Bogo coupon one time and that made it a real bargain.

So happy to see a healthy option that accommodates my family of gluten free, gluten eating, fish and meat eating members. The service was quick, the ordering easy and there were tons of choices. Bright, sunny atmosphere and very clean. Generous portion sizes, too. We’ll definitely be back.

The first time I visited Urban Wok, I was thrown off by the self-service ordering kiosks. It didn’t take long to figure it out though. Once I did, I ordered one of their signature dishes for takeout. It was prepared promptly by friendly staff and I was on my merry way.

When I got back with my lunch, I sat down and dug in. I was *floored* by how salty it was. Initially I thought there was a good spicy burn… but a few more bites in, I realized the burn was from the excessive amount of salt in the dish.

I wrote it off as a one time issue and returned a few weeks later. This time I ordered a different signature dish. I was dismayed to find it was just as salty (extremely so). I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s too expensive to be this salty. It’s borderline inedible. I wanted to submit feedback to them on their website, but it appears to be unavailable.

Note both visits were to the Chaska location on a weekday in the early afternoon. It’s possible the issue is just with this location, or just with the cooks who work weekday lunch shifts. I’m not sure though. Buyer beware.
