We came here to try the tasting menu. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Great service and delicious food. Everyone there is so personable. We felt like new friends. Every morsel of food was delectable. It was really cool getting to try some things we have never had before. We also got all of the desserts to try and they were all so good (just fyi the desert selection I got was not part of the tasting menu). I wish every type of cuisine had tasting menus. That is my favorite way to eat. I love trying new things and a nice variety. Highly recommended to anyone who likes Indian food or if you are interested in trying something new a tasting menu is the perfect way to do it. 10/10.

We visited the restaurant on January 14th for a Hindu festival “Pongal “, as they were offering a special festival menu. There were 8 of us in our group.
We ordered the festival special Veg Thali, naan,paneer items, soda,Gobi 65,Mirchi Bajji,kulfi and other items.
In the Veg Thali, only the pulav rice and yogurt were good. The rest of the items were disappointing. The white rice was not cooked properly, the dessert was not fresh and the vada was very poor,likely because the cooking oil in the fryer had not been changed.
The Gobi 65 was not good and the fountain soda had a bleaching smell.The serving staff later replaced it with canned soda, which we appreciated.
The kulfi was served in a small 4 oz cup–style portion. In my personal opinion, serving ready-made kulfi would be better, as presentation is very important in the food industry.
I would recommend reducing the menu and focusing on fewer items that are freshly prepared, as freshness makes a big difference in taste and quality.
I looked for the manager/owner after receiving the food, but they were not available at that time. If the manager had been present, I would have requested them to taste the food themselves and share their opinion.
Overall, everyone in our group was unhappy with the taste and we felt the food was not worth the price.
However, I would like to mention that the serving staff were polite and helpful, and their service was good.

Fantastic experience! The ambience felt warm, neat and refreshing, making it perfect for families, friends, or even a team lunch or happy hour meetup. We had minimal wait time at our table. A big shout out to the food as the dishes were thoughfully prepared for the spice levels we asked. Especially, the naan and biryani flavors were top notch and felt authentic. The staff were attentive, child-friendly and ensured we have everything we needed. I appreciate their flexible payment options as we used both cash and cards. Overall, I am happy with the food, service and cleanliness and I would highly recommend this place and will visit more often!

Stopped in during a quick Denver trip and it hit the spot. The space was clean and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly without being overbearing. We also tried the kale fry and corn soup, both of which were outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I highly recommend these dishes to anyone visiting the restaurant.
One of the highlights was the cauliflower Manchurian dry, which my daughter, who is typically a picky eater, absolutely loved the dish.
The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent, and the service provided by the waiters was top-notch.
One of the best aspects of Urban Village Grill is their thoughtful touch for families with kids. They provided coloring paper and crayons to engage the children, and after the kids completed their drawings, the restaurant displayed them on the wall as a memory. This idea was fantastic, and it brought so much joy to the children, knowing their artwork was proudly showcased. Seeing their work on the wall during future visits will undoubtedly make the kids very happy.
To finish off our meal, we tried their homemade kulfi ice cream. Despite it being December, we couldn’t resist trying it, and it was worth every bite. The kulfi was fresh, creamy, and the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience.
Overall, Urban Village Grill offers a diverse and delicious menu with excellent service. If you’re in the area, it’s a must-visit for a memorable culinary experience.

Have not had Indian food this good in a Colorado restaurant before! In terms of South Indian food they have had consistently good, authentic taste and flavor across dishes both veg and non-veg. And they have some form of specials going on during the weekends as well which are delish. You can see that the new management is definitely taking all the efforts (and succeeding) in delivering the food as it is meant to be, without turning it into some form of ‘standard template’ looking menu. Impressed with the quality and taste both times I have been here! Definitely recommend and will return.
