This place is awesome! The thing that impresses me most about this clean and modern food truck is their rice. That may seem like a boring answer but the attention-to-detail on how good their rice is carries to the rest of their food items. I’ve gotten the chicken burrito, chicken soft street tacos, street corn, and rice and beans. Everything was really good and well thought out. The flavor of each food item they offer really comes through with each bite, and every bite is uniquely different than the last. Great food truck, highly recommend!!

Went with Street Tacos and nachos. Very new, well equipped urban setup with Pagers, which was nice. Loved the Tacos, every aspect of it. Nachos, was bit overwhelming for me, it would be a feast for cheese lovers out there, I would suggest topping it off with veggies, tomatoes cilantro spring onion etc. Thanks for parking it in the neighborhood.

Love this place, great reasonably priced food that’s surprisingly authentic for the middle of Kansas. Five stars for atmosphere even if it is in a gas station paying lot, there’s something inherently charming about that.

Had the Al Pastor quesadilla and this was the BEST quesadilla I’ve ever had, so fresh & flavorful!

In a sea of MFA gas pumps and the shadow of a giant orange water tower a delicious little orange taco trailer shines✨ like the North ⭐️ Star We had hoped to get our fix of fried tacos to fill the void in our soul left from unpaid taxes at the salty iguana. Despite the fact the tacos were delicious they were not fried. Once again-delicious corn tortillas crisped on a flat top but not the fried tacos we expected. That’s the only reason I downgraded the rating. Not what I expected based on how they are presented. Love the chihuahua cheese and fresh lettuce and delish salsas! Will be back for some street tacos.

Probably THE BEST chicken quesadilla I have ever had! Talk about YUM!! Quick too!! I drive by this food truck regularly and finally stopped and man oh man am I glad I did!! Do yourself a favor and check them out!! SO. GOOD.
