Went on a Sunday at 8 am. The gals working were super nice. I loved seeing couples in there playing games together while sharing their Sunday morning while drinking coffee. Super cool place and atmosphere.

Been going here for 4 years, always a favorite in Grand Forks. Their best drink is the French Toast Latte, but other favorites have been the salted caramel latte, maple orange cardamom latte, and birthday cake latte. They carry other drinks besides coffee, like lotus and redbull chargers, which are great afternoon choices! The sunrise Sammy is a classic, and the homemade bagels are the best in town and probably anywhere in the Midwest. They also have a selection of Sandy’s donuts. Great place to hangout or study with occasional events like open mic night.

Guys I absolutely love this place. The first time I went I fell in love immediately with the atmosphere and continued to come back every week for the whole semester. The staff is super friendly, and the coffee is DELICIOUS. It’s especially a vibe when it gets dark, because the main light source is fairy lights strung along the ceiling. Definitely a big town feel in a small(ish) town, and I couldn’t rate this place highly enough.

Nice atmosphere, feels very welcoming. I like my cappuccino a little stronger, but it was still very good. Everyone was real nice

Coffee is great and the service is always fantastic. Special shout out to the bagels and cream cheese here – absolutely top quality.

Got a hot latte 12 ounce. The froth was good, but the coffee was lacking flavor.. staff was fairly friendly, and the owner was also there and friendly. Could be a cool coffee shop, but a lot of very woke pride signs everywhere and that’s not for me..

Cute local coffee shop; fair prices, good service. Sculpture garden and outdoor seating next door. Worth a stop for the unique decor & art on display.

Cutest little coffee shop, and full of personality. Barista was super friendly, coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was so quaint and eclectic! There were lots of different coffee drinks to choose from, teas, etc as well as pastries to enjoy with your coffee. The cafe was reminiscent almost of an old bar with a long solid wood bar top. Lots of cozy seating if sitting at the bar isn’t quite what you are looking for. Urban Stampede will fast becomes my new favorite coffee shop to visit when I’m in Grand Forks the next time!

Looking for a charming quaint & unique spot to sip your cuppa joe, study, parallel play with friend while you both indulge in your work, reading or catch up on correspondence?
Or play board games or talk to your heart’s content.
Urban Stampede is sure to be the place for all of it. Nestled in a quiet corner near downtown Grand Forks (we were there on long weekend Sunday mind you), the place provides plenty of seating inside and on the curb.
Decorated beautifully with pieces by local artists and indoor plants (grown in repurposed empty tea containers) Urban Stampeded decor is cerebral, hip and old school and trendy – all at the same time.
My niece identified it online during our short trip from Canada and oh am I glad we found this gem.
Plenty of coffee, tea and infused drinks options for everyone plus pastries and bagel etc to munch on. They also have board games if you have some time and enjoy competing while enjoying your beverages.
Must try when in Grand Forks!

PERFECT! The iced chai is amazing! The inside was perfectly decorated! The drinks aren’t too sweet but still have the right amount of sugar. The cashier was very kind and explained the drinks to us, and had our drinks out very quick!
