Urban Roast just put up their Christmas decor and it is absolutely gorgeous, the whole place feels magical and so cozy. The attention to detail in the decorations alone makes it worth the visit.
We started with the mozzarella sticks and the dynamite shrimp and both were so good, super flavorful with a beautiful presentation. I ordered the brown sugar espresso martini and it was perfect best espresso martini out there. For my entrée, I had the short rib and it was honestly fantastic — tender, flavorful, and delicious.
The ambiance, the service, the food, everything came together for a great experience. I’m definitely coming back tomorrow, especially for brunch!

It was calm. Food was overpriced for how, eh, it tasted. The ambiance was amazing, but cramped. And for it to be my birthday and have no special service it was disappointing I’ve had way better food and service for a way better price!

We had such a great experience at Urban Roast at The Wharf. It was busy when we arrived, so I wasn’t expecting overly attentive service but Kneesh completely exceeded expectations.
Good service can be hard to come by when a restaurant is packed, but she stayed calm, professional, and incredibly attentive the entire time. She checked in at the perfect moments without ever hovering, and she made us feel genuinely taken care of. She has such great energy. What really stood out was her knowledge of the menu. Her recommendations were thoughtful and spot-on, she asked the right questions and guided us toward options that matched exactly what we were in the mood for. It elevated the whole experience.

Urban Roast was a great experience overall. The short rib was incredibly delicious (very tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly). It was easily the best part of the meal. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely come back, especially for the short rib.

I had an amazing experience at Urban Roast. What made it the best was my server I think her name was Niche or something. She had long black hair. All I got was a drink and an app so I can’t quite speak to the full menu but their buffalo sauce is great, LOL! I sat in the igloos and had a great time. Can’t wait to go back.

It was a good experience, we’ve had toast, cakes, and steak with eggs. It was all yummyyyyyy. Went with a group of four and it was blatant that the desserts were our favorite. Best cakes ever.
The steak was a bit bland but was okay after some salt & pepper. I do have to complain though that our group ordered Smores and it was $40 dollars for ONLYYYYY 4 PIECES OF IT. LIKE, THAT IS ACTUALLY CRIMINAL. Four PIECES of SMORES for 40 dollars. Mind you, theres nothing crazyyyy about it. You can literally get it on your own for way less and make way more. I just had higher expectations.
Other than that highway robbery on the smores, I thought everything was fireeeeeee.

We reserved the restaurant for a private group of 45 with the Restaurant Week menu and drink specials. We pre-selected meals with the attendees due to a short event time frame. OUTSTANDING! Meals were amazing! Staff was so pleasant and attentive. Service was punctual and management went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We’ve booked already for next year! I came to Urban Roast several days for coffee and lunch and it was a perfect atmosphere for me. It was quiet and comfortable and Aaron was an attentive service professional. The fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp is worth checking out as well. I’d definitely come back.
