Can’t wait to try other dishes. This place is located in an outdoor plaza by the marina. It’s our first time in this location so in order to find parking, there’s a paid parking for the plaza. I think the plaza parking should be waived for a couple hours if you get validation for shopping in the plaza– unless we didn’t know they did.
As for the food, they had a lot of choices from salmon to this dish that’s close to beef stew. Their chocolate chip cookies were delicious also.
There’s an outdoor eating area which was big enough for a small group. It looked like there was a group of 12 people sitting outside while we were there.

First, you walk in right where you order, which makes it easy to navigate. The staff was very patient for newcomers, answering any questions we had and let us take time reviewing the menu. There was outdoor or indoor seating, both were very clean. We chose to sit outside and they brought our food pretty quick, but separately which is always a little weird for a date.
The food, it kind of seemed a bit old when it came out. It didn’t come off as very fresh, as it was like warm. The taste was a bit stale as well. Beyond that the food was pretty decent, but nothing special, and I left feeling a bit disappointed with how many stars this place has.
Here my wife is trying to eat healthy, and this was just kind of disappointing.
I would maybe come back at a busier time, maybe the food is better then. As of now, I will not be coming back.

The best blackened salmon I’ve ever had … and it comes with a yummy lemon hollandaise sauce. Can’t wait to try more stuff!!!
I wish i got the guys name who was helping us when our food came out. He was fantastic! Even tho it’s an order and then sit down spot, the service is like a fully sit down restaurant. We were a larger group and he brought everything out, refilled water (many times) & checked on us often. Thank you!

I love coming to eat at this location. Paola, Dani, and Maribel are literally the best! This has become one of my regular lunch spots and I love seeing them! The food is always tasty and I love how healthy it is. Great way to start off 2026.

Plates pass member here. I thought I’d get some sides in addition to some other food. Each side is $5.25, or $4.20 with a pass membership. (Oh, and don’t forget the mandatory 3% surcharge) Very, very disappointed with the portions. Ask yourself whether you find the servings appropriate. I don’t. My membership is good for another 6 months sadly since I’ll probably never go back.

I absolutely LOVE urban plates. They don’t have traditional servers here, but Alejandro Lopez went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable. The food was delicious, came out fast, and was fresh. We had such a great time, and Alejandro was great company. I truly appreciate good customer service, and these days, it’s so hard to come by. I always like to shout it out when I can.

Honestly a such a charming experience at urban plates on 2nd and pch. Food was absolutely incredible, ambience was beautiful and breezy along with excellent service. Special thanks to Mari for ensuring the best experience for me by offering my table the best seat in the house by the fire. On top of that Dani swiftly gave the best recommendation in the blue cheese steak. Maribel was very nice as she offered a cold glass of water, and Ana kindly gave me a refreshing refill. Cesar was behind the grill and truly gave an all out performance when cooking for my table, legendary, he deserves his flowers. Lastly I got to especially thank Sam for some of the greatest customer service throughout the whole night. This team is special and I definitely will be coming back to this place.

Alejandro was the sweetest server, great guy and took care of us. The service is fast and large enough portions to have left over. I’d recommend the coconut drink, it was extremely yummy, but the strawberry lemonade was sour. Had the chimichuri steak and sea bass great quality for the price. Definitely a come back to place. Has a cozy cafe atmosphere. Love it!
