Rip off!!! Lobster is tasteless. Half portion givers. Price gouging. No refund policy. How a customer pay $20.95 plus tax but have another sign saying $25 with tax? How you give half a portion to someone for that amount? For all that give me half my money back! The employee was disrespectful & discriminative & Threathen me. I sent a complaint to 311. Whoever sees this, just know this is the truth. I’m pissed off by the way I was treated & upset with this fraudulent company. Please report them.

Tried them at the Astoria street fair. Lobster roll was very good and the bun was delicious. BUT it was so small I finished it in 3 average sized bites. Offer a jumbo option or something. That was literally an appetizer sized portion.
