Very nice place. Urban Ice worker was very pleasant. She had a lot of orders at once and it took some time which was understandable. I haven’t had rolled ice cream in years, so it was nice to stumble across the establishment again.
My only complaints… I had whipped cream on my rolled ice cream by mistake. But she did ask me again about whipped cream for my other order, which I actually wanted whipped cream on that one. Also, I didn’t care for the consistency of the milkshake. I thought it would be richer/thicker, but it reminded of a Frosty which I don’t like.

SOOO GOOD!! I loved the vegan options even though the seem to run out often! I had the peaches and cream shake without the dairy. A plus !!

Stopped here on a whim and glad I did. The ice cream was excellent. I got the Nutella Rocher with vanilla ice cream and added a strawberry, which was the recommendation of the girl who took my order. She was very nice. It’s pretty neat how they make it. They do have regular ice cream if you want a roll-up creation. I enjoyed the experience and would go back.

Ice cream tastes nice. Everything inside is an EYESORE. Wouldn’t be popular if another rolled ice cream shop opened up. Paints chipping/messed up everywhere. LED lights are an eye sore as they’re falling. Couple lights are out (only took photo of one). Door is dingy all around. Can’t leave a review of who made my ice cream when I wasn’t talked to, or even greeted my *entire visit* by any of the 3 employees at the front the night of 9/10/22. Went Oct 2021 and had an amazing experience. I’m unsure why property cannot be maintained, and a nasty worker attitude is allowed. Felt uncomfortable my whole visit.

Enjoyed the experience. Jerome had some ice cream ninja skills for sure! I ordered a chocolate strawberry and coconut, my daughter ordered a vanilla strawberry and red velvet, my daughters friend ordered mango, vanilla, strawberry. Super yummy! Definitely coming back.

Nice spot to get dessert. I like the vibe of the building but the staffs energy was way off. The enthusiasm was supper low, whenever someone came in we laughed because the way they would say “welcome to urban ice” seemed like they hated life and wanted no parts of additional customers, it was hilarious. Had to mention this because it was my 1st time there and 1st impression. The shake tasted good but it was too liquidy consistency wise and the crepe and ice cream was delicious. It’s worth a stop to get that sweet fix settled.

Visiting my family for the week and my niece mentioned she wanted to try rolled up ice cream. So we searched social media and came across Urban Ice. This was such a great experience! My niece and nephew had a blast! They both created their own rolled up ice cream. I on the other hand saw this delicious banana pudding creation on the Instagram page and had to go for it!
It was all so good. The owner and staff are super sweet, they truly made the experience amazing. We will definitely be returning!
