Loved the place. The food is very fresh, and even the items that come frozen are clearly meant to preserve freshness rather than being stored long‑term, which really matters after a hotpot meal. The $2 drink with unlimited refills is a great deal. The broth is flavorful, though the Tom Yum could use a bit more tang and sourness from lemon to match the authentic profile, but the light coconut milk note is there. Paying $85 for two people including tax and tip is an excellent price. I actually prefer this spot over Kpot now, since their ingredients tend to be too frozen.

Happy customers!

Absolutely loved the experience. What makes this hotpot place stand out is there fast service. You can order on the tablet, n within a few mins, the orders are here (either by a server or the robot).
The variety of available hotpot items is pretty good and they have free desserts too!
I would suggest the option for a two-pot broth (one spicy and one creamy). Perfect for foodies who want to try different flavors. That exists in other hotpot locations such as George’s or Kpot.

This is my favorite Hot Pot spot! You may have to wait a bit to sit on busy nights, but it is totally worth it! They have many meat and veggie options, a cool conveyor belt, a cute little robot server that brings out your drinks and refills, and each table has a personal cooker so you don’t have to share with your party! The service is phenomenal, they’re always picking up empty dishes and making sure to clear anything you’re not using. Don’t miss out on trying this place!!!

Great food. I was part of a birthday party and it was a flat all you can eat fee for each person plus drinks. I don’t know if there are other options for ordering and payment, but the food is good and the operation is very smooth. order off of an iPad at the table. Every person’s place has its own burner so it is set up for individual pots though I am more used to a group pot. But you could do a group pot instead, only issue is it will be on one side rather than the middle. Overall a unique and excellent place.

Came back to edit review, and I took 2 star back . After one year the quality decreases, the food was not fresh like before, soup base was much blander and the meat and food come out very little. You can compare in the pictures.

I had a pleasant time here with my family the last weekend. They had a wide range selection of meat, veggies, seafood. I tried herbal , kimchi, seafood and spicy butter malah soup base & all the soup base is tasty. A big plus here is the staff are very fast, and friendly. Big plus for the dessert & sauce station. Will def coming back soon!

If you can put away food, the all you can eat is 100% worth it. $35 for dinner and you can order however much food you want- meat, veggies, tofu, noodles, dumplings, fish, all of it. The soup base is basic so you can add your own flavoring from the sauce bar if you want. Only 90 minutes to eat so come hungry!

This place is fun and has many fresh options to choose from.

The service is very quick via the iPad at their table, which the staff respond to quickly.

Their gimmick is the conveyer belt of ingredients to cook, which is fun if it’s your first time but not entirely necessary since the service is rather fast. So, unless you really want it, opt to be seated quicker over being seated at the conveyor belt if that’s what it comes down to.

Everything they serve seems high quality and like there is a high turnover rate of ingredients. There are a variety of flavorful broths to choose from.

There is also a sauce bar to experiment with

2nd time here and still my go-to hotpot spot in MD. Food is fresh, love that everyone gets their own pot, and ordering on the iPad makes it so easy. wide selection of food, vegetables and premium meats at dinner time. Spicy broth hits the spot every time

21DEC.2024 First time in this spot. Me and my family had to sign in at front desk (to be texted when a table was ready)and wait in the”box” the entry of the restaurant, that was very cold, due to the door being opened and closed constantly.

The was an experience that I wouldn’t want to experience again. It was simply because the lady that seated us, didn’t go over how to operate the stove. The 4 star is due to the amount of food. Freezer full of different types of ice cream which comes with your order. The service was meh. The other girl bought me my check and left. The guy closed out my check and was nice.

The all-you-can-eat is $34.99 a person. It is good for people that are into that, but for the small eaters; there’s small portions that might be able to be ordered. Tips start at 18%…you can customize your tip.

Cons: (1) All different kind of raw meat was mixed on one plate. No introduction from staff of which is what and the non-separation practice shows that they have no sense of cross contamination or people’s food allergies. (2) Cooked food, the yellow-ish chicken in the photo below were served on the same plate as raw beef. Not ok at all. (3) Cold plates don’t taste good (4) no appetizer bar like some other hotpot places have
Pros: (1) Meat quality is acceptable for the $45/person after tip and tax price point (2) beverage refills are generous (3) great dessert options (4) fast service
