Tried this combo from the food truck and it absolutely hit the spot. The steak was tender and flavorful, the shrimp were perfectly cooked with a nice char, and the salmon had a delicious glaze that tied everything together. The rice and veggies soaked up all the sauces, making every bite satisfying. Generous portions, great balance of flavors, and clearly made fresh. Definitely coming back for this again.
