Saw this on instagram wanted to give it a try and it did NOT disappoint! the first bite was literally amazing! the burrito hibachi is genius and very filling and huge that pricing was perfect ! I also got the hibachi steak platter and also a 10/10! definitely try this spot especially since they have late hours !!!

Even though it’s not a traditional restaurant but a moving food truck, the friendliness and professionalism of the person serving the food were top-notch. He greeted everyone with a smile, made great recommendations, and clearly cared about the customer experience.
I always believe that in any good dining experience, customer service is just as important as the taste of the food — and this place excels at both. You get restaurant-quality food and hospitality right from a food truck! The prices were also very affordable, which makes it even better value for the quality you get.

I stopped by the Urban Hibachi food truck today and was blown away by how good the food was. The chicken and steak were cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavor with that delicious hibachi glaze. The fried rice was fresh and buttery, and the veggies had the perfect crunch. The sauces were incredibly fresh and added the perfect finishing touch.
On top of the amazing food, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they serve.

I was a bit skeptic at first, didnt know what to expect because I’m not someone who is comfortable with new cuisines. I ordered the Urban fried rice and I was amazed. Unbelievable taste and portion. And the fact that it’s halal is even better.
Really enjoyed the taste. The price is fair (you get a lot of food for like $15, price is actually really good if you think about it). Fast service as well. Ordered and got my food in like 12 mins. Will be back.

Best hibachi food i EVER had and I’m a picky eater! I’m so happy he is finally in woodbridge and can’t wait when ordering online is active as well as when he gets on doordash for woodbridge location! Will definitely get this again this week! Teriyaki combo was FIRE!! AND..you get a lot of food my boyfriend couldn’t even finish his in one sitting!!

Urban Hibachi has AMAZING food, 10/10. I ordered the salmon, chicken, filet mignon, shrimp, and the fried dumplings. Set them on the table so my family and I could eat family style.
Everyone was happy and full. I can honestly say Urban Hibachi has the best fried rice I’ve had in a long time, flavorful and crispy yet soft. The proteins were all cooked to perfection, the teriyaki glaze wasn’t overpowering, simply delicious.

Food was actually much more delicious than I was expecting. The best fried rice I have ever tasted and the hibachi grill flavor on the shrimp and chicken was unmatched. My wife and I loved it and will be returning soon enough. It’s also cheaper than the other hibachi places in the area. Didn’t take any pictures because I was too busy gobbling it up.
My only criticism is that is seems like they were kinda stingy with the protein. But it was delicious.

We decided to try Urban Hibachi in Manassas and I’m so glad we did. I drove with my daughter all the way from Ashburn just to taste it, and it was 100% worth it.
I ordered the salmon and the chicken teriyaki, and both were cooked perfectly—fresh, flavorful, and not overly salty. The salmon had a clean, rich taste and the teriyaki chicken was tender with a great glaze. Portions were generous and everything felt hot and made-to-order.
