Nice place, it was empty when we arrived at 7:40, and soon became full. The atmosphere is really nice, the waiter was kind, helpful and quick. The presentation of the food was nice, not the cappucino and the caffee though. The portions were generous, I was able to switch some ingredients of my order. This is a great choice if you have a larger family with different tastes. It seems that the staff has a team spirit, which is really heartwarming.

It’s loud. The service is good. The food is great! Cinnamon rolls were delicious. Breakfast burrito was so good!
Update: Went again. Was delicious. The stuffed French toast was a little too bready for my taste, tho. The “raw”/non-French middle slice is a textural no-go. Everything else was awesome.

This was the second time we have visited Urban Egg, while wanting breakfast / brunch. This is probably up there with the best breakfast places we have had. Everything on the menu sounds amazing. The biscuits and gravy are the best we have had – a must try (there is a reason this is the best seller). The service on both visits has been very friendly and fairly quick (and my coffee never got cold). We were sat immediately upon entering. The atmosphere is comfortable and decorated for the seasons. This place is definitely worth a visit for your breakfast and brunch needs! We will definitely be back (probably going to be a regular stop for us).

Food was absolutely amazing! Every single plate came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The service was top-notch super friendly, attentive, and fast.
We also sat on the patio and loved the views and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a great spot for brunch with family. Highly recommended!

Urban Egg always hits, and has grown into a Colorado Springs institution wherever you are in the city. This location is equally as great as the others, but I think it might inch ahead of the other locations I’ve visited in CoS and Denver the tiniest bit because of the atmosphere. It’s cozy, well laid out, and very comfortable even despite the traffic this location always gets. Great food, incredibly consistent… But a bit expensive especially with micro-upcharges and add-ons. Something to be aware of. However, no loss of marks for me, because I can’t get better biscuits and gravy nearly anywhere else.

Confession time: we haven’t been to Urban Egg since they scooched their location a bit down Tejon Street. The old place felt disjointed and the vibes felt frantic, so after one disappointing visit, we moved on. There are plenty of breakfast options in CS.
Today we found our new favorite breakfast spot. Please, do yourself a favor and try the tamale Benedict. Our rule is that we never order anything we could easily make at home – the tamale Benedict is not anything that I would dream of attempting. Just the right amount of heat in the chorizo. Egg poached to perfection.
Crispy hash browns. We ordered a side of bacon and it was serviceable. Indulge in a spicy Bloody Mary. The kit is top notch and even features picked okra. Always a sign you’re in good hands.
Our server Kian was super helpful about recommendations – thanks, Ki!
The floor plan is open, well lit, and the staff is friendly and dare I say happy to be here? It’s lovely and welcoming.
We agreed this is a great place to bring out of town guests. We’ll be back, Urban Egg.

Staff was friendly and responsive they were able to accommodate my wheelchair without sticking me in a corner or walkway. I appreciate the gluten free items labeled so I don’t have to guess and there was a decent variety of GF items.

Such a great breakfast stop! We went twice while we were in Colorado Springs. The hostess was so friendly. She was one of the most welcoming hostesses we’ve ever had at a restaurant. She was there both days. The coffee was great. Highly recommend the mocha. Our waitresses were both amazing as well. It was a great breakfast to get us going for the day. Everything was amazing that we got.

Fantastic little breakfast/brunch spot! They looked super busy but we got a table right away. There wasn’t a long wait for our food and everything came out looking amazing. Service was great and food was 10/10. We will absolutely be back soon!

Urban Egg rules. Healthy and delicious food in a brightly lit and cheery restaurant. The kitchen is open so you can see people cooking.
All the food we had was really good. You feel good after eating it too, which is even better.
I had a Carnitas bowl and loved it. I also had a buttermilk pancake and loved it.
The staff were so friendly. Atmosphere was nice and cheery and bright. Lots of seating.
The prices were great for what you get.
