I’ve been to Urban Eats three times in the last two years. I love the pork sandwich and get it every time I’ve been there. Two things I’ve noticed that are pretty consistent about this place. The food is good and the service is less than ideal. The one girl who has been there every time, not sure if she’s the owner is always very short with you when you speak to her. I love supporting local places and wish more were around in the QC area. I think this place could go from good to great if the service matched the food.

What a delight!! Want to give a BIG shout out to Urban Eats and Jessica Jones in DeWitt, IA. She took time to greet us and chat for a few minutes even when busy. Super fresh food. Super friendly owner and staff. All the freshly made bread, salads, sandwiches, dressings and desserts were delicious. The blueberry cheesecake was far far better than the Cheesecake Factory in Sherman Oaks, CA!

I really wanted to hate this place but I couldn’t. By far the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. I even had to get the dressing so I can try and make them at home. Wife said her salad was fantastic. All hand picked, local produce and meat. Homemade dressings and soups.

My mom and I had lunch there on one of hots days this year. Restaurant was nice and cool. We had everyone favorite chicken salad it was fantastic.

Was upset about our chicken and dumpling soup due to one of them one having 1 dumpling and the other having none. I called and spoke to the manager and she was VERY kind and offered to drive to us and drop us off 2 more soups. She ended up showing up pretty quick and gave us 2 new soups, a loaf of blueberry bread, and a crispy treat. That was very kind of her to do that.

The employees here were friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was Amazing! I live that they have a build-your-own salad option too with many fresh ingredients to choose from.

We were in town to check out Maquoketa Caves State Park and stopped in for lunch….GREAT CHOICE!!! everything is made from scratch, the wild mushroom and truffle soup is amazing! The staff recommended a few things that are happening this weekend Highly recommend!! Great food, great vibes and all at a reasonable price!! …Like Thier not charging enough ☺️☺️

Small restaurant in a downtown dewitt area. Good customer service, and good food… for the area. I got the meatloaf sandwich. Not bad, but I should have gotten a salad there it seemed like that was there specialty as they did custom salads.
