We love coming here for mommy-daughter dates. The staff is the sweetest (just like their icecream & coffee)! I love their matcha as well and they are BIG on getting your order right. Everything is made/scooped with love. The Odessa location has been our home, but will be going to Bexley soon. I finally met the owner and I can’t wait to see what else they do here.

Very clean and inviting location. I have tried their ice cream truck, but this location is definitely a step up. We arrived at the location for a Girls Scout event, and the atmosphere was so engaging for the kids. The owner was very entertaining while maintaining control over the event. The pink decor is inviting with great picture opportunities to include a pink themed tree for corresponding holidays. The ice cream flavors are a great variety that did not relate to any 31 flavors I have seen. It was so delicious. They also make milk shakes and coffee infusions that made me just want to come back to try everything (eventually). I definitely recommend Urban Crunch!

This place is amazing and you can see how intentional they are with the vison by the intentional to detail in the color scheme. From the floor, atmosphere, and staff this is definitely place filled with love. You have to stop by when you’re in the area!

Urban Crunch has the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The servers are always friendly and smiling trying to always get your order correct. The owner has created such a fun atmosphere of pink, picnic tables, karaoke, lattes, and over the top cookies. Stop in and ask for a PINK ICE CREAM CONE!

Found this cute hidden ice cream shop that serves lattes too! I got an iced cookie butter latte and it was delicious! Riley ( I think this was her name) went above and beyond to make my latte fit my needs and the customer service was amazing! Will be back to try the ice cream and matcha!

I was greeted by Kirsten (sorry may be spelled wrong). She immediately made me feel welcome and as if I was at home. She took the time to tell me a little bit about what they offer. I settled on some delish cookies and cream ice cream, and an iced coffee. Both tasted great! Would definitely go here regularly if one was in my area!! The shop is vibrant and welcoming to anyone with a sweet tooth! Definitely recommend Urban Cream Crunch!!! What a hidden gem!!
