I have absolutely no idea how the overall rating of the current restaurant is so low. Had the BLT salad. Absolutely the best airport food I have ever had. Bar tender was great. Shots were on point and the service was also the best I’ve had at an airport ever. I travel a lot and will gladly be back if I’m in Ontario again.

Lexi is the BEST server I’ve had in a Loooong time. Actually all the servers here were great and friendly. Very impressive for an Airport restaurant. Had the crunch salad bowl and it was surprisingly very good as well!!! I would give more than 5 star if I could… Truly

Based on service alone, five stars. I ordered a pizza to go, and the process was quick and easy. I haven’t tried it yet, so I’ll need a taste test to complete the review. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but it is an airport, and travelers don’t have many options so here I am!

Our flight was delayed an hour, so with time to kill we stopped here. Ivan was great with timely service and just the right amount of friendliness. The average rating here is unfairly low and not a fair representation. Food is decent but a bit overpriced. The music videos and atmosphere is nice if you’ve got to wait for a plane.

Staff is good, Donnie, Felicia, Amy and Joe are great. They are now charging an EE Ben Charge, apparently its a percentage of your bill. To cover benefits for the staff, I’m not sure if it’s legal.

Kelly s service was absolutely horrible. 2/4/26 12:30pm. Sat at the bar no one greeted me. Both bartenders made eye contact with me but did not greet me, offer a menu or say someone will be with you. Both bartenders looked at each other because they did not want to engage in service. When I asked for service Kelly stated I wasn’t her person and she didn’t won’t tell help me. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was having a bad day and I don’t know what she been going through. I asked her for a menu and she stated she didn’t know what the other guy was doing. As I walked away she pointed me out to the other customers to talk more negatively about me. I left to another restaurant for better service.

I’ve been here a few times. The last time I did though, they charged me nearly $30 for a cup of ice with a splash of premade bloody Mary mix and a piece of bacon.
I’ve gone through this airports dozens of times and would recommend any other restaurant over this one.

Great place to hang out and wait for your flight. Lots of food choices in their menu. I just got a drink so I can’t rate their food. Beers are pricier than most. Great choices for well drinks.

Worse servers ever! Sat at table for over 30 min and watched the server serve 6 other tables and not even ask

This is located in Ontario Airport near gat 405. It used to be Rock & Brew. It is pretty much the same except the name.
They didn’t change much. The menu and atmosphere are the same.
We had the breakfast burritos and they were great. Our server was Falicia and she is amazing. The far opposite of rude. She remembers everyone’s name and continues to call you by name and she is super attentive.
We will be visiting here again when we fly Ontario.
