The food is not very good at all the fish still had bones in it and it tasted like cornmeal with no seasoning and it tasted bland the potatoes where even nasty they had no flavor and she said the greens came from a garden but they tasted straight watered down so if your hungry don’t go to this place cause they only cook good on certain days but they are nice though ♀️

I’m not from the area and stopped by with my family. The young lady making the plates was so very friendly and easy to talk with. While we were waiting in line to order another lady came up and asked for our drink orders and had them ready for us before we even ordered our food. Being from a large city I’m not used to the type of amazing service that I received that day. Not to mention that the food was GREAT. It felt like I was eating my Momma’s cooking. I would definitely recommend that everyone try this place. You won’t regret it.

While visiting here from Dallas, TX this restaurant was recommended by family that lives in the area. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with the warmest reception. The owner and staff took great care of us while we dined. The food was very delicious and well prepared. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The entire dining experience was what I was looking for while here. So if you are ever in town this place it certainly worth a try!
