They make your burger fresh and the fries were hot when I got my food. The meat was OK. I remember it being better. I haven’t been here in a long time. The service was OK, the girls were moderately polite, the food took a while to make and I had to go back to the counter for ketchup.

Okay customer service.
Got the breakfast bowl
Potatoes were hard and dry.
Egg and potatoe ratio was off. Only one egg inside my bowl. It was mostly potatoes.
When I got my coffee they had no cream or sugar.
They said that there was cream at the gas station but not in the restaurant.
And they said they had only a bowl of sugar. No sugar packets.
And asked for a slice lemon for water they said there are no lemons.
And when asked for butter to try to soften up my potatoes myself one of the girls was about to say they didn’t have any but then the other went and got some from the back.
The pop station is filthy and the bathroom needs to be cleaned especially the toliet.
It was definitely not worth the price I paid. Pretty disappointed

Rolled-in for a blue cheese burger and cheese curds. Burger was flavorful and fresh; cheese curds need some work [maybe frozen curds] – not as tasty. We also tired 3 sliders, although good, the buns we’re a little too charred. Service was friendly, atmosphere clean. Food prep took about 19min from order to table. Understand the wait time for fresh burger.

Came in for lunch, first time, and the food is AMAZING. We had a burger and salad, everything in both was made to perfection. Definitely need to swing by if you are in the area. So damn good!

Hit up my girl Shakira to make your burgers! She cooks it exactly how you want it and it is absolute perfection. The food here is beyond amazing and a great selection. I love how they use fresh in house made ingredients and premium meats. And it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. The salads are also to die for!

Such friendly & kind staff!! I came with my kids to get their free shakes from the Cougars Reading club. They had delicious shakes and the manager came out and asked the kids if they’d like the tv set to a cartoon for them. It was a great experience!

Urban Counter is usually in BP gas stations but this one is separate from the gas station in a little strip mall next to it. It’s a really cool setup, and BP also has a liquor store in the same mall. The food selection is excellent, with things made to order (very wide selection from hot dogs and hamburgers, to healthy salads). Great, friendly, and fast staff.

At today’s prices, this place is an impeccable deal. A half pound burger that is truly enormous for under $9. Unlimited refill Coke freestyle for $1.19. these are their 2025 prices! You need to support this place.

My kids had a soccer game at odd time. We went around 3pm on a Sunday. Service was very slow and we were the only people there. The kids fruit cup was some type of a grocery store thing. The food was not very good and took a very long time. My kids wanted milk shakes, that’s why we went there and they were “out of ice cream” to make any milk shakes. Last visit for us.
