Tried Urban Chopstix for the first time for something new. It was Expensive and very bland. The fried rice was just the pre-mix boxed stuff, and tasteless. The “orange” chicken was super mediocre, and tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. And the beff and broccoli was chewy and disgusting. Won’t ever eat there again.

Like the other review I also had the orange chicken and fried rice. While I wouldn’t say it was inedible but it was the least flavorful, salty Chinese I’ve had. It’s a shame because the people were very nice and quick. I feel bad because they are sure working hard for me to say I would never eat here again.

The “lo-mein” was just spaghetti noodles, with no sauce or seasoning whatsoever, and the orange chicken was very sour, and this was $11. Not worth the price.

This place is an absolute gem. If you work at Corewell Health Medical Center, or even if you don’t, you owe it to yourself to try this place. Try the Thai Curry Chicken, it won’t let you down. I’ve lived in Thailand, and this is the closest you get here in GR. The spring rolls are always perfectly crisp, and the rewards program is very generous. The owners are very accommodating and personable. This is easily the best food you can find within the medical center.

Don’t waste your money. The food was inedible. I had the orange chicken with fried rice. The bland fried chicken with mostly just breading was sitting in a pool of sauce that reminded me of tepid sugar water. The rice was dry and tasteless. I opted for an order of Spring rolls for $4. They were actually pretty good with the plum sauce. But all total it was $15 and I was still hungry. I won’t be returning.
