Ordered from Urban’s for the first time last night and it was incredible. They make their food to order so you are getting fresh fried food! Just know to put in an order in advance.
We had 8pc chicken basket, 3shrimp+fries, and a pizza puff+fries. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, and made us feel like we were eating grandma’s cooking. Urban’s delivers everything you want from a chicken and fish joint!

I saw this restaurant on TikTok and decided to try it after looking at some of the reviews. Let me say, they did not disappoint. The food was awesome. I placed my order online and it was ready when I got there. Ordering system said it was going to be realy in m 40min, but the food was cooked to order. – Who doesn’t want hot fried fish?! – Waiting for good food had never bothered me.
I ordered food for myself and my children. My son enjoyed it so much he asked me if we could return today.
Although I won’t return today, I will definitely revisit soon.
The only drawback was the music was too loud. If I had to sit in there and eat or wait for food, it would be annoying.

Everything is cooked fresh to order! Call your order in if you don’t want to wait… but the wait is worth it. I got 2 breasts and they were huge (1 would have been enough for me) the skin was super crispy and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The Mrs loved the gizzards and the mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. They are friendly and helpful.

Just a heads up, it’s made to order so plan to wait. However, it’s totally worth the wait. The portions are large, and the food is fresh. I would say the breading on the chicken tastes like a mix of Popeye’s and Long John Silver’s breading. Very good and will return when in the area next.

Tried this place once, super excited however was disappointed. For like 25 dollars I got 2 wings 2 pieces of fish fries and a sample of coleslaw. Great prices for the amount of chicken, cooked to order so it fresh & flavorful. The medium sauce really stands out & is definitely a staple sauce when it comes to this restaurant . Customer service was amazing as well .

Well today we decided to try the new Urbans Chicken and Fish for a late snack.We ordered the 3 PC tenders and fries for 12.99.Let me start by saying everything is made fresh to order,even the fries.There was a slight, expected wait (10 mins) but it was worth it and she told us prior to ordering about the wait.The tenders were real chicken tenders ,unlike the slivers we recently got at POPEYES.AND the fries were hot and crispy.If you want something super fast,this may not be the place. If you’re willing to wait for hot fresh chicken and fish this IS the place.I rated atmosphere at 4 stars because I feel they may need additional ventilation as everything is fried makeing it a little stuffy.Not overwhelming but noticeable. WE will be back to try the catfish as that seemed like a popular order.ALSO,we tried to order online and it kept saying 45 min wait and throwing as over to DOORDASH. DONT DO IT! Just walk in,friendly staff ready to take your order. ENJOY!!!

A bit over priced but food is good it would benefit lowering by 1-3 dollars but over all the food is definitely worth the price it’s like 15 to 25 bucks for a meal which isn’t bad just a lot of cheaper options around it but I recommend the catfish nuggets they are fairly cheap and pretty good around 8-10 dollars

Chicken was ok. The way people talked it seemed to be great chicken. It was ok. I thought that there would be good seasoning it was bland. The 8oz. Slaw was supposed to come with the 8 peice chicken meal. I ordered another 8 oz. Slaw because I didn’t think the one would be enough. I looked at my receipt the next day. Noticed that they charged me for a large coleslaw. Which the container was the same size as the 8oz. 8.99 for 8 oz. Ridiculous! And to top it off I asked for a small container of mild sauce which is 50cents. Didn’t get it. Oh I did get an order of fried okra it was good. But the cost of my whole order was outrageous.
