So let me start with the service. The service here is amazing and one of the best around. The staff was attentive and even came around to ask if I wanted a refill of my boylan soda. The food here was mixed however. I went with my family and we got a bunch of stuff from taters to the great hefer burger. The taters were good but the sauce could had been on the side since they got a tad soggy, but the flavor was good. The hefer was an onion lovers dream. The fried pickles those were sadly disappointing. The only other thing I’ll note is that the burger were a tad dry so I would ask them to cook them a little under next time.

Stopped in for lunch today, first time here. Ordered da classic (fried chicken sandwich) and onion rings, just shy of $15. Small place with friendly staff, 11 table and 3 high tops. After bringing me my meal I was asked if I needed or wanted anything else. The sandwich was super juicy, had a kick to it for sure, lightly breaded with a good crunch, potato bun, a bit oversauced. Onion rings were heavy, thick cut and thick in nature, maybe needed another 30 seconds in the fryer, served with blue cheese dressing, different. Food is cooked within 10 minutes of ordering.

Get the urban special house red sauce!!! No matter what you order, it’s going to taste 10x better with the sauce. We have ordered from Urban Burgers a few times and have been happy every time!

Great little BYOB burger joint. We started with Tots with Boom Boom sauce and Mozzarella sticks. They were out of fried pickles and onion rings unfortunately. The tots were awesome and the mozz was above average. They were very thick. I got a burger with blue cheese sauce (cant remember the name), cooked medium. The meet was great quality, they cooked it just right, and the blue cheese sauce was extremely tasty. Definitely worth checking out. The staff was fantastic as well and they carry some craft soda I cant remember the name of.

Came here to try it out, on my way home from work. Ordered a ‘Wicked Bleu’ burger & Almond Joy shake. Let me tell you everything was made fresh; like ‘newborn born an hour ago’ kind of fresh. The burger has a pleasantly spicy sauce & the shake had nice, small Almond Joy bits. One thing about the burger to note – order a double, if you go hard w/ burgers.

Meh. Menu items looked so appetizing and the reviews convinced me, but overall I thought the beef patty needed way more seasoning as it completely lacked flavor. What somewhat saved the burger were the the brie, figs, and mayo but even then the main component, the burger itself needed more flavor. It was as bland as the the bun so a little hard to enjoy. My sweet potato fries came more in the charred and overcooked side that I could taste the bitterness of the burnt ends. They are also on the pricier side but understandable due to the higher end components accompanying the burger. There are probably some other good menu items I have yet to try and perhaps it was a bad today, I don’t know but I just didn’t enjoy it or finish it.

Great experience here. Burger was substantial (most normal people would consider it HUGE, it’s about the size I expect at a place like this), prepared well (would have preferred it a bit more rare) and a terrific combination (it was the Hefer Smothered in Onions). Fries were tasty and hot. Parking (metered) was available right nearby but likely would be a challenge at peak times. Service was a teeny bit slower than I expected but that just gave us time to relax and enjoy the meal. Smallish number of seats, so it probably fills up quickly at peak times. Friendly wait staff. Recommended. I’d eat there again!
