Urban Bricks Kitchen is a cool pizza spot next door to Starbucks. They offer pizza, pasta, salads and wings. We tried the ‘brick’ pizza and ‘health nut’ salad. The salad and pizza toppings were fresh and delicious. The customer service was awsome.
Oh and they offer an assortment of gelato!
Update: I returned tonight with my family because my first experience was awsome. However, this evening’s dinner was unimpressive. For starters, the pizza dough on my daughter’s cheese pizza was about one inch thick and for some reason had a cinnamon coating. The other three pizzas were far better on my first visit. More importantly, we felt that the manager wasn’t helpful or respectful for an overwhelmed team of young employees. He reprimanded them loudly numerous times during our dinner. It made us feel awkward. Then he proceeded to leave to take a phone call for the duration of our visit. This was a big let down for sure.

The smoking hot pizza had my tastebuds dancing. You have to try it! Hot honey, ranch, bacon with chicken. Sooo good. The cinnamon pie is delicious. We even ordered one to go!

Order over the phone, and they said 10 minutes got there and waited 20 more min. Then, when I got home they didn’t put the whole order in the bag so i called and they said they did and then they said its right here so I had to go back up there again. When I got home, the pasta bowl I ordered didn’t taste good at all, and the wings were dry. My kids’ cheese pizza was good. I ended up throwing pretty much the whole order way.

I’ve given this location a try TWICE. Gave it a try when it opened and just this week to see if there was improvement. The food is still bland, I had a meatball pasta last time, no flavor in the tomato sauce nor pasta and I probably only got 1-2 meatballs at best and they just cut it into small pieces so it looks fuller. this time I tried the pepperoni pizza … the cheese the sauce was bland as well only the crust was good. I don’t recommend and won’t be coming back

I love urban bricks! The pasta and pizza were so exquisite, juicy, fresh, moist. All the flavors were melting on my tongue. Everything came out so hot and fresh, and the drinks cooled it down. All and all everything was amazing. My favorite things I order were “The Big Daddy Mac” and the “Three Little Pigs”. I loved those names because they were unique. 100 out of 5 would go again.

shout out to this location having the worst customer service ever. told them 3 times what i didn’t want on my pizza and they still made it wrong. asked us to take out pizzas to go because they “closed in 9 minutes” when it said 10 online. completely ignored us when talking to them. just flat out a horrible experience. hope the food was good, we wouldn’t know due to walking out so they could get on with their closing procedures ☺️

We ordered a heart shaped large pizza that was barely personal sized. We also ordered a large round shaped pizza that was only 11 inches and not the 14 inches it was advertised to be. We returned the whole order. The toppings was very minimal. This is absolutely horrible.
