The uptown has been a local stop in for me for 13 years. They serve good food burgers fries breaded tenderloins buffalo chips. Exc… Most memorable moment. When I met the man that became my husband there on his spring break from college.. I haven’t been in a couple years now but it’s still a stout drink for a good price I’m sure!

I had a plan to go eat at another restaurant in that town. It was closed. We found the uptown tavern open. It was really a good place. Family owned and operated. The owners gave me great detailed directions to our destination in the Green Sullivan State Forest.
