They can be rude as hell on the phone and when coming in especially the guy with the glasses he’s so rude I hate seeing him there. He gets upset when he messes up orders and you tell him. He needs to learn to be more nice with people he has bad attitude toward customers. He makes you not want to order anymore or come back with how he talks and looks at people horrible customer service and this is constant all the time.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was my first time eating here. I ordered the catfish nuggets. They were terrible and inedible. I had to throw them away. The flavor was extremely muddy and some of the nuggets had more than a few bones. The breading was also very greasy. I asked for lemon wedges and was told they didn’t have any, but were very kind and offered me lemon juice and fresh limes. It still didn’t help. I will definitely try eating here again, but will never order their catfish.

This place is an institution in the uptown area and has loads of worn charm. I ordered the chicken and rib tip combo. They offered to fry the 1/2 chicken or give me wings but I went with grilled. Although the menu doesn’t note it, the meal also comes with fries, garlic bread and slaw. Overall it good although the BBQ sauce is merely ok. You can get a lot of food for very little money here.

I just had the worst experience with this place. We ordered the Chopsteak Sandwiches all that we asked to be on our sandwiches was not on there. When we called and complained he told us there was nothing he can do.
