I was wary seeing the variety of reviews in recent months, but this place did not disappoint me!
I ordered the rib tips and chose fries, and the 3 piece fried chicken wings and chose mashed potatoes. The proteins were AMAZING, super tender, juicy, and flavorful. These are much closer than the other place I would get rib tips and wings and will for sure become my new staple!
I will note the mashed potatoes were just okay, just tasted like instant mashed potatoes. Fries were unsalted, if that influences anyone. However I have no issues with this given the quality of the proteins and the price.
I ordered delivery through Uber eats, which was fairly long (about 50 minutes) for being about a block away (pick up is not an option for me), but it was the listed estimated time.

I use to love this place until my last order they messed up my order and it was dry then when I brought it to slice attention to try and get a refund. The worker at the restaurant lied and said my order was right to avoid giving me a refund. I will not be ordering again from them because this is unprofessional

It was ok, I had better rib tips out west side of the city this doesn’t look like the same owners that used to own this restaurant but I support med anyway I give it a 2/5 wish the fries were seasoned with salt & pepper I had to add that on my own, I wish they gave me more bbq sauce I like rib tips that has a lot of bones with the tips it was meat which wasn’t bad but still. Good enough to eat on a empty stomach

I have been eating there food for over 25 yrs. When I worked in the area and lived in the north suburbs. I’ve moved much further, and still drive to uptown for there rib tips, rice, potato, and chicken there Pizza is also good. And its always quick service, and freshly cooked food.
