The food was not good, not much flavor. The food portions were smaller than expected for the price I paid. I had a steak and cheese and fries with the sandwich being the size of a hotdog bun. The food was cooked quickly and dining in is OK since the area is covered by windows.

This place is a must stop in for me. The food is delicious and plentiful. I’m about to eat a very tasty Cobb salad Lettuces, cucumbers, tomato black olives, red onion, avacado bacon a lite sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a boiled egg. They have a balsamic vinagret dressing that is so good. I recommend this place. They serve all sorts of food, there’s something for every taste. I’ve had breakfast from there and chicken salad subs and smoothies that you can have to your taste. If you’re in Greenbelt @ 7501 Greenway Center Drive the smell of their food cooking will pull you in…around the corner to Uptown Deli.

I cannot say more. My 91 year old mom who recently passed away within year and I used to go here all the time when she had her doctor’s appointment. I was just there yesterday for my appointment. Everytime now I go there I go and give a shot out to the owner . She is such a sweet lady. She remembers us. I almost cried yesterday thinking about my mom,but in my spirit, the same voice respond inside me responding”Nicole you better not cry,she ok she with me ,she doing fine”,and then I out it.

I was here and ordered a Turkey club sandwich with fries. I was advised that they did not have fries and would I accept onion rings instead. I said okay but noticed that they were charging me additional for the onion rings. So I asked, “Are you charging me more for the onion rings? I said, that’s not right for you to charge me additional money for something you don’t have.” They apologize and charge me the correct price.
Please understand that this deli has always been the greatest. People, please pay attention to what you are being charged for when you are being offered something else when they don’t have what comes with the meal. 3 Star because this should not have happened, and I feel that they were trying to take advantage of me in hopes that I would not have noticed.
