Five stars earned. With so many pizza joints in NY, let alone in Little Italy, this place is a stand out. Fresh made pizza, delicious crust, tasty options and super friendly staff. The place was clean, plenty of seating, and again hella good pizza. We’re staying in Times Square for the next week and we plan to revisit, it was that good. Bravo Upside Pizza….the pizzas and garlic knot were very tasty.

I was walking down the street and noticed a long line outside this place, so I thought, why not give it a try?
And honestly, it was worth it! I tried the mushroom pizza and it was so delicious! Crispy, flavorful, and definitely one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back to try their classic pizza next time. Highly recommend! ✨

Came here for a quick bite and the pizza wasn’t bad. There were only three options when I went, which was a shame. But, I got two slices and their garlic bread. They warmed it up so it was crispy on the bottom (but I wish they left it to warm up a bit more as the top wasn’t that hot). Good pizza, a bit on the pricier side, but not bad. Service was nice.

I have always walked by this place and never tried it but one day I decided to go in and let me tell you this place has the MOST DELICIOUS cheese slice I have ever had. I haven’t even tried any of the other flavors because the cheese is just too good! I normally only eat 1 slice when I get pizza during my lunch break, but I can’t resist getting 2 when I go here! I can’t believe I’ve been missing out for all these years.

Get the pepperoni slice it was so worth it. The garlic knots were also really good. For 2 slices and 1 garlic knot was $12, reasonably priced.

After a perfume event over the weekend, Michael and I went to have pizza at Upside Pizza. We got a table which was a nice surprise. Here the pizza is thin crust with a tasty tomato sauce. He got two slices which he found greasy and mopped it with a napkin. It was his first time here. I chose a plain slice with two garlic knots. I am always in search of garlicky soft and chewy pizza knots. I gave a knot to Michael. I found both my choices tasty and I finished it all. There is a restroom here but it needed cleaning and tissue paper. Several customers started arriving and it’s good that there is outdoor seating. We weren’t hurried off so we enjoyed chatting. The Upside Team were efficient and pleasant.

I ordered this slice thinking it’s a vodka slice but it’s actually named golden something. Service was quick. It’s NY style thin slice alright but the under carriage flops, and the crust is not crispy. The sauce and cheese are not bad but not great either. And I couldn’t find any hot pepper or oregano shaker to top up.

Continuing my Ninja Turtles New York Pizza journey, I stopped at UPSIDE. This spot truly delivers an excellent slice. The crust stands out – rich, flavorful, and with a crunch that feels almost Italian in character. The balance between sauce, cheese, and dough shows real craftsmanship, making every bite memorable.
