Fun indoor food court just south of downtown. 2 bars and a variety of food options, including Korean, Latin American, burgers, and ice cream. Interesting old building with lots of character.

I’m in a beer phase of my life and I love it. Thank you to Pikes Peak Lager House for helping me indulge in a lovely flight of three beers from your own taps and one from a guest tap. I’m very partial to blondes (love love the blue mesa), but your guava sour and blackberry vanilla milkshake sour taste spectacular. The gold was super interesting with the apple and pear flavors, and the guest tap riddler was insanely delicious. I adore the decor and atmosphere, and watching the rain this past Saturday just perfected my visit

I Uprise Taphouse!
Their beer selection is top-notch, offering everything from unfiltered IPAs to NA beers, which I love! Plus, the rooftop patio? Absolute bliss. Perfect spot to chill with a cold one.
And let’s talk TVs – they’ve got ’em everywhere! Watching the game while enjoying a brew? Couldn’t ask for a better setup.
Uprise Taphouse is my Sunday afternoon sanctuary. Great beer, cool vibes, and plenty of action. Can’t wait to go back!

Nothing sounds better than a cold drink after a day of hiking! Stop by PIkes Peak Brewing for freshly brewed beverages from Pikes Peak Brewing Lager House. This brewery is spacious and inviting with plenty of seating available. Pikes Peak Brewing Lager House is connected to COATI Uprise which has several food vendors and stands to purchase mouthwatering entrees and snacks from. We ordered an unbelievably fresh Greek Gyro from Aite inside of COATI Uprise to pair with our beers from Pikes Peak Brewing Lager House. Add this spot to your bucket list when visiting Colorado Springs!

Excellent watering hole in downtown Colorado Springs. Delicious selection of micro brewed beers. Excellent service by Josh! The seating layout also is unique. There are many configurations for many tastes. There’s also rooftop seating. The adjacent food court heightens the experience with it’s variety of tastes from Hawaiian, Mexican to Korean foods.

This is a good spot to grab a beer as part of a venture into COATI, which is a co-op space in downtown Colorado Springs. COATI has a variety of restaurants and drink options. This small tap house serves beers from the Pikes Peak Brewery. Service was okay; not overly nice but quick. I was not wowed by the beer list, and was less wowed by the beer. Of the four I tried, three felt too watery and only hinted at their intended flavors. The price for the flight was also surprisingly high. The vibe was great and they had comfy chairs to lounge. I just would’ve preferred stronger-tasting beer.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The service was prompt, friendly, and a delight to interact with. The beer is some of the best in the area. If you enjoy reds, I recommend the Devil’s Head. Also, the Lager house is co-located with a cocktail bar, sandwich shop, seafood/streetfood, etc. Highly recommended!!!
