It’s one of the greatest restaurant of Udaipur. This place has amazing view of lake and it’s a beautiful and perfect place for photography and dinner. Booking is required for dining. It’s one of the best place to visit during Udaipur trip. The seating arrangements are so great. Service was also excellent and behaviour was very pleasant. Mr Yashraj was help us for booking and dining. Go with your friends and family and enjoy good food and time. Don’t miss this place if you ever visit Udaipur.

Well I didn’t like the food at all. Had dinner at ambrai it was fairly good. And also jagat niwas they both are good but when it comes to upre didnt like the food at all. Choose wisely. People pay for the food not just for ambience or the view. Its the overall package. The rates are high and quality and taste was completely missing. They said something is wrong today. Then they said chef is different. Changed curry twice both times it wasnt good.

Upre as a restaurant is beautiful but food wise just stay away. The kabab platter was not good, the fish was weird the chicken were chewy, only the mutton was ok, lal mash was also not that great. They charge for water bottles as well, 70 rupees per bottle.

The beautiful location and ambience of the restaurant was completely misleading and we ended up having an awful experience there. When we arrived, we were told of a 10-15 minute wait which was okay. We ended up waiting nearly an hour during which they wouldn’t attend to us when asked about the wait time. We would have liked to be informed about it so we could leave if we were in a hurry.
Finally post being seated, the food was of average taste. A while later, the waiter arrived with a 2nd portion of a dish which we hadn’t ordered. He refused to believe us and insisted that we had infact ordered it. He went on to accuse us of lying and threatened to view the CCTV footage to determine our fault. We readily agreed for him to go view it. In the end the restaurant only charged us for what we had ordered but the whole experience was so unnecessarily negative and aggressive. Do not recommend.

Upre truly made my evening special! The lake view was breathtaking, and the vibe of the place was so romantic and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the staff was super courteous. Definitely a must-visit spot in Udaipur!
