Food was horrible. Ordered a steak well done it was rare. Couldn’t get a baked potato because it was only 4:50. They only only serve them at 5pm. The servings were super small. Every thing I ordered was not available even though it was on the menu. Had to have a different server take our bill because our server never came back to collect our payment.

We enjoyed this place much. Convenient that it was connected to the hotel we were staying at. It was fancier and busier than we expected, for being a hotel restaurant, we expected less I guess. The waiter was great. We had limited time because of concert plans, and were just going to order appetizers figuring we wouldn’t have time to eat a full meal. But he rushed in our entree orders, even though they were very busy, and he was very accommodating. The food was great and they had a good beer selection. The place was very cool to look around at there nautical theme

Love the local cider! Good atmosphere. Parking was a fresh slice of hell, but there are spots if you go hunt them down. Service was decent and food tasty.

I love eating here! The staff is always amazing, the upper decker is a great place to eat when you don’t mind a fun crowd. The windjammer is great for a nice quiet dinner. In my opinion it’s the best food in the Burlington area. Geat menu selection and fantastic beer list. The Prime Rib is a must try!!

I travel for work up in Burlington area on a regular basis and this has some of the best food in the area and has always been my “go to” place. Tonight I was in the area again for work and stopped in for dinner. I sat myself down at a table at 5:45pm. 6:31pm came and still not one person waited on me. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink, appetizer or food…. over 45 minutes of just sitting there. I’ve been going there for close to 12 years of me traveling in this area for work. It’s now scratched from my list of places I enjoy to go to unfortunately. Maybe the service staff should be retrained? I don’t know but I feel this was unacceptable, especially seeing as to how it was NOT busy at all. There were many empty tables. Hopefully something can be done to get the service back up par to with what it used to be.

The wait staff and bartenders are fantastic this place must be packed because of them because the food is inedible. The beer cheese with the frozen pre made pretzels tastes like it went rancid last month, like beer vomit. The Caesar says it’s home made which is amazing cause they just have a chef that knows exactly how to make Caesar taste like it comes from a bottle. Brussel sprouts were soggy mess and not crispy as advertised. Portions are decent.

We actually ate downstairs at The Windjammer, but the food and service are the same and the same high quality. We usually come for the prime rib, but changed it up this time with a harvest salad, lobstercargot, and nachos with chicken. All delicious, but highly recommend the salad and lobstercargot.

The Windjammer and Upper Deck Pub has been a staple to go to for over 2 decades for my family. Dan, Karen, Nicko and Lee run a fantastic restaurant. The pub offers popcorn and a ton of craft beers. The food is also fabulous
