Ordered On Super Bowl Sunday. Our pizzas were burnt, and our chicken wings were not fully cooked. Called them to let them know how disappointed I was. They said they would send me a $50 coupon To compensate for the meal I paid $70 for originally. I NEVER received the coupon they promised. I guess customer satisfaction is not their priorities.

The best chicken tenders around! And I don’t know what’s in the Upper Crust sauce but it’s equally as great- creamy, herby, kind of like a chipotle ranch. The breading does have a bit of spice, so heads up if you have little.
My only suggestion (if this is seen by employees), is to add the pizza description to the toast app. When you pick a pizza, you’re asked to build it, but there’s no way of knowing what comes on it unless you cross reference with a menu elsewhere. (I ended up with a cheese pizza tonight because I assumed it came with pepperoni since the photo had it).

Found this place in the middle of nowhere and man it was amazing! The owner let us try the monthly special called Street Corn Pizza. It was SO good! The wings were crispy and the salad was huge! Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered for the first time today after hearing amazing reviews on their food. They did not disappoint! The jumbo chicken tenders were fabulous! The 4 piece meal with fries was enough for two people! They were lightly breaded & super crispy on the outside. We also ordered two pizzas. The Champ was yummy & beautiful (yes, a beautiful looking pizza!) The employees were so nice too. We’ll definitely be ordering a lot!

Went here with high expectations due to Google reviews. The chicken and Jojo fris were really good. The Pan pizza and pepperoni rolls were good but lacking flavor in many areas. I’ve been to Detroit and had multiple Detroit style pizzas and the square pizza here was not for me. I personally couldn’t finish due to the off taste.

Your drivers need driving lessons. Whoever drives the little red Honda with the brown hair and goatee was driving erratically on these roads, he cut me off, didnt use turn signals was doing 45 in a 25, ran a red light and flipped me off. I tried calling your store to report it but the girl who answered sounded like she was high and didn’t know how to talk on the phone. I asked for Bree or Jordan but she wouldnt give me anyone. Also, since you changed your name you really hiked your prices up, you’d probably do better business wise if you weren’t charging barberton residents, North Olmsted prices. We are middle class people and your tenders are good but 112 bucks for 40??? I dont think so. I will be calling again to speak to the manager and I will be calling BBB as well as the BPD for his erratically driving. These roads are not safe right now and his terrible driving is going to cause a major accident.

I have been craving pizza but also trying to stick to my health goals so I decided to try their special veggie pizza on a gluten free cauliflower crust. It was hands down the best veggie pizza I have ever had! Excited to try more things from this place in the future. 10/10, bomb diggity-doo and triple yum!

The owner the worst human I’ve ever spoke to! Just pray they don’t get your order messed up bc she will treat you like trash & literally tell you that she don’t need your money. After spending almost $4k I’m the last year. She just cost herself a ton of business. Our jobs both cater from there & will never again, our family will never spend another dollar & I will blast it all of my SM with 2.1 mil followers. Worst business in Barberton as far as customer service
