I wouldn’t eat here if you are Vegan, vegetarian or allergic to things. I ordered vegan pizza and they send a pizza with Chicken on it. When I tried to get a refund they told me they could not give me one unless I came back to the store. First off I use door dash because I have no car and the guy says he can’t do anything about it. I have not eaten all day and that pizza was my peace of mind. Smh. Rude and horrible service.

Absolutely love the pizza here. The crust was light and airy.. The new owner was fantastic. Even though he wasn’t able to honor my credit, he did “hook me up” with the topping on my pizza.. He is a very pleasant man. The wings were lightly breaded, which were much better than the last time. This is definitely my cheat day pizza place.

Second, the pizza is AWESOME. Especially for Vegans. I’m not sure what vegan cheese they use, but they got it down pretty well. They also, cleverly, put the cheese over the toppings because they know vegan cheese isn’t good at keeping toppings… on top of the pizza. I have had better vegan cheese, but this is very close to the top.
I’ve ordered here twice, the first time there was a small mistake on my toppings (I ordered one mushrooms and olives, and one mushrooms and banana peppers, got two with mushrooms and banana peppers, no biggie). I didn’t bother bringing it to their attention because it was just so darn good anyway. The second time I tried the Thai Peanut Sauce and its very delicious on a pizza, no mistakes with the toppings that time.
I definitely recommend Upper Crust Pizza in North Olmsted, and try the Detroit Deep Dish. MmMmmmm

Excellent pizza! Super friendly staff. We haven’t received a bad pizza. The chicken was great. The only thing we can suggest improving so far is that the fries not get soggy so fast from the condensation. Maybe a different type of container? Food is always piping hot and we haven’t had a bad experience yet!

THIS North Olmsted location is THE place for delicious pizza!! We used to go to Lakewood, but the last few years have been very disappointing and I gave up. Yesterday I picked up a regular cheese pizza for my partner. He insisted I check it out and it looked so exceptional I immediately called back the North Olmsted location to order one for myself! It was everything you would want in a pizza–gorgeous, a nice amount of sauce and veggies, and good vegan cheese. Excellent customer service. It’s nice to see this location upholding the original standards. Thank you!!!

This place was all around awesome. First off the employee which I believe is now the new owner was excellent. He was very personable, explained the menu well and made sure to make me feel welcome upon picking up my order. I could tell he was very passionate about his work and he took great pride in his position! The place was throughly cleaned and my order was made to perfection. I ordered the Jersey George pizza which was amazing and the 2 chicken tenders w/ southern fries. I am what you call a “pizza-saur” so I am very critical with pizza. This pizza was made with just the right amount of heat, spice and flavor between the chicken, bacon and garlic sauce. The CRUST was excellent. The fries were fresh and well seasoned. Overall excellent service

Ordered a large pizza and boneless wings for delivery from this place. I’ve order from them before and have never had a problem, but this time the whole experience was bad. I placed my order at 7pm was told it would be 40-60 minutes for delivery. At 7:29 I got a text saying my pizza was out of the oven and would be on it’s way soon. Well by 8 it still hadn’t arrived and by 8:05 I called to check status. The girl I spoke with said my pizza left the store 15 minutes before my call so it should be there any minute. So I waited another 20 minutes and called again. This time the girl said my pizza just left and would be there any minute. When I said you told me it left 30 minutes ago she said “well we’re busy and backed up and it’s a Friday night” all snotty.. finally at 8:50 an 1and 50 minutes after I placed my order I got my ice cold pizza and cold wings .. I of course called to speak with a manager and the snotty girl who answered my previous call claimed to be the manager .. She said they would refund my order but do far I don’t see any refund ..such horrible customer service .

Typically upper crust is a great chain. Their toppings are great quality and they have a great deep dish crust. This location has screwed up our order a little bit the last few times we’ve ordered and they couldn’t make certain pizzas either. Their Akron location is baller, I just haven’t had as much luck with this specific location.

my first time eating here, got a very good deal for a pizza and boneless wings for $10. it was done in 20 minutes. pizza tasted so good and was thick crust which i like and the wings were good too! will definitely come back!
