My family and I went there on a Friday night. We were sat quietly and our original server came by fairly quickly as well. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say. We needed to ask another server for refills of our drinks. After over 40 minutes waiting for our food, then the manager (I believe) came by and said our food will be out soon. Meanwhile tables that were sat after us, including a large party, received their meals. Our toddler was just over it. (At this point we were there over an hour) our food finally came out. My sons food was delicious. My husband seemed to enjoy his. I was treated to something I didn’t order. It was ok. A good bit burnt. Not sure if the kitchen lost the ticker or the server forgot to put it in but it was definitely someone’s mistake. It’s a shame the manager or the server didn’t own up to the mistake and handle it better. Also we got changed the higher item price for the food they sent incorrectly. Over an hour later we had to ask for boxes since our toddler was over it. Can’t say I wasn’t just as frustrated.

We were in town due to an emergency with our dog at the emergency vet and had time to wait for the procedure to be done. So we needed to find somewhere for kids to eat. Nice little pizza place and more. Food was tasty. Waitress was really friendly and great service. Even split food into halves for my children to share with no problem. Pizza was very tasty. Would come back

Nice, bright, clean restaurant. Service was ok, went through the basic motions, never refilled drinks, never checked on our meals, never offered dessert, advised 2 checks and still gave 1 check. My biggest disappointment was when she took my salad away before I was finished with it, still had my fork in my hand. I had notorious chicken salad which was good, husband had lasagna and sauce was terrible, very bitter and spicy, pasta noodles were underdone. If in the area, would not go back.

We are new in town and trying this place for the first time. Super busy so we knew the food would be good. We got waited on right away but no one checked on us again until after the meal (reason for 4 stars). Food was good! We took home a take out menu. Will definitely go back!

We went to a nearby restaurant on a Thursday evening and the wait was 45 mins, so we went to Upper Crust and so glad that we did. The Fat Boy pizza (thicker crust) was excellent, cooked perfectly. The Greek Salad was fresh and crisp. The beer was nice and cold. The staff was very polite and the service was great. We will certainly return on our next visit.
