OMG — I had the absolute pleasure of eating at Up & Adams, and let me tell you… 5 out of 5, hands down!

The hospitality alone deserves an award. Bailey was incredible — warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. And the owner, Reggie, was just as welcoming. That personal touch really made the experience special.

Honestly, it felt like sitting at grandma’s table — comforting, flavorful, and made with love.

Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

Amazing little place we heard about. Came all the way from Chicago to try it out. And didn’t disappoint!!! We were staying by Bourbon St. So we took the trolly there, which was $1.25/person. Small cozy place. Clean and love the ambiance. We ordered the Catfish Tchoupitoulas which was AMAZING! The sauce they put on it, so darn flavorful. Comes with rice that has crawfish and also amazing! Ordered the Shrimp & Gritz. Oooohhh weeeee. Best I’ve ever had!!! Hands down. Super flavorful as well. For appetizer, we ordered the Boudin Balls, which were so good! And we also ordered Fire Crab bites which I also recommended!!! Everything we ordered was nice and fresh. Steaming hot. Loved every single dish here. Definitely a must when you are in NOLA.

I’m so glad that I stopped by Up&Adam Eatz! Overall I had a great experience with good food in a charming space that felt like I was at home.

Up&Adam Eatz felt had a great atmosphere. It gives warm, cozy and welcoming energy. I will say that during my visit I was oddly seated in the in a separate back room by myself away from other customers. Nobody else, just me. I don’t think it was intentional but I felt a bit isolated and like I was on timeout lol since there were plenty of customers in the other two rooms. Outside of that, I loved the space and the homey vibes.

The service was solid. The server made sure to check on me throughout my meal and made sure I had everything I needed. They were overall helpful and kind. Pretty good service.

Now for the food, I enjoyed everything! I had the catfish and grits with a side of scrambled eggs and it all had plenty of flavor. I absolutely loved the gravy sauce and the grits were perfectly made. I would definitely recommend.

Outside of my time out experience, I would recommend checking them out. My meal was good and I would definitely return to try other items on the menu.

The quality of the food had good taste, however the price that you pay is not enough for the little food that you get. The service was nice people was friendly. The restaurant was clean. Keep in mind they AUTOMATICALLY charge 18% gratuity on what ever you order. If I ate there once it was enough for me. FOOD WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT WE GOT

This place was ! The service was second to none! The food was like a flavor explosion! Start with the boudin balls and the mustard to die for! After that flavor bath, we moved on to the Catfish and cheese grits! Fried hard and crispy the crunchy fish was perfect complement to the thick creamy grits! I could eat here daily! We will be back! The hype is real!

The service was the epitome of southern hospitality. They were able to seat our party of 10 without a reservation. The food was amazing. Welll seasoned and prepared to perfection. The catfish and grits along with the seafood biscuits were some of the best meals we had in NOLA.

Literally the best breakfast I’ve had in New Orleans. From the food to the atmosphere to the service (Hey, Mrs. Sam!), it was such a pleasant experience. It’s a MUST visit; you will not be disappointed.

Everything about this place is great. The atmosphere and the hospitality were awesome. Gratuity is automatically added. But the show stopper was the food. The food was seasoned perfectly and the fish and grits with the sauce was amazing. I would recommend stopping in.

Catfish and grits Sticky wings‼️ Boudin balls were just okay. Wasn’t a fan of the mustard based sauce. Lemon drops fantastic ‼️ Will definitely make a point to return next time I’m in NOLA

Other than the automatic gratuity food was good and hot. The grits was nice and creamy not lumpy or stiff. I had a veggie omelet I think they should grill the veggies before putting them in the omelet. We were initially told an hour wait for a table but one came open sooner. Waitress was polite and friendly and our appetizer came pretty quick. They were out of the Boudan balls so we got the big etsy instead. My daughter had the seafood omelet she usually doesn’t finish her plate but this time she did so it had to be good for that to happen.
