This is a very good local breakfast/brunch eatery!!! We have enjoyed all of the items there except my husband wasn’t fond of the panini. Their servings are very filling. I am a new fan of their frozen beverages and will be returning.

First time visitors to Up Down this morning for breakfast and we were totally impressed! Three people – two of us had the Breakfast Platter with eggs, potato bites, sausage, and a biscuit, and one had the Breakfast Quesadilla. We added a cinnamon roll for us all to try/share, and 3 fountain drinks. The total was $35, which we thought was more than reasonable for the food. It was out quickly, was obviously freshly made, and extremely tasty.
We all said the cinnamon roll was probably the best we’ve ever had (they’ll warm it for you before they bring it out!). I was unsure what “potato bites” were – I was assuming something like diced/roasted potatoes, but they were more like large, seasoned hash rounds – that was definitely a happy surprise! They were great! The breakfast quesadilla was delicious – I was skeptical of “spicy sauce” on a breakfast item, but it was another happy surprise!! I will definitely order that again!
We were also met with friendly, patient employees, who were more than happy to tell us about the menu items, and welcomed us as first time visitors.

This eatery is by far one of the very best I have tried! It has a nice variety of items on the menu, those that I tried are quite delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ms Octavier Pippins was our cashier and she is very sweet! I definitely recommend this place! Will come again!

I could smell how good this place would be when I pulled into the lot! Really quick and friendly service in the drive thru. I got the breakfast quesadilla with bacon, SO GOOD. I almost didn’t get to snap a picture because it was hard to tear away from once I took that first bite. The egg was perfectly cooked, bacon was crispy, those potatoes might be my favorite part, & the spicy sauce takes it to the next level. Rachel at the window was very kind and even said the quesadilla was one of her favorites as well. If you’re in Columbus, this is a MUST TRY!

What a wonderful experience we had here. Drove from Starkville to try and it did not disappoint. The woman who served us was incredibly lovely. The food was delicious.
My husband ordered the hashbrown casserole with bacon and cheese eggs. The bacon and hashbrown casserole really exceeded my expectations.
I ordered the breakfast wrap with bacon. Super delicious. Not greasy.
We got the peanut butter banana frozen latte and the hot raspberry white chocolate mocha for drinks. Both were great. The banana one is pretty sweet, more like a dessert than a casual drink to have (IMO), but predictable based on name.
We wrapped up with a very solid cinnamon roll.
The restaurant was clean and doesn’t allow tipping due to paying their employees higher. I actually really love that. I’d happily pay a higher price to not have to tip. I’ll be back due to the excellent food, service, and this policy.

the food is amazing but i have noticed everytime there is a white associate at the window im basically ignored , when i say thank you they say nothing back even when i say it more then 3 time i am ignored and told to have a good day with no smile or nothing just a blank face after getting my food i can never just get a simple you’re welcome and a positive attitude

Was really excited to taste this place. Got a burrito, fries, and latte. Everything was good except the steak in the burrito tasted odd. Meat didn’t taste as fresh. Next time, I won’t order the steak burrito. Otherwise, latte was good.

Nice clean place. Good food and coffee was great. Nice friendly service and nice to explain about food and beverages! If I get a chance I will for sure go back! I had the Hashbrown Casserole with Sausage Patties.
