Cheddar cheese or American? I ordered the fried egg sandwich with cheddar cheese. It looked like and tasted like American cheese. Waitress said “trust me, it’s cheddar. That’s the way they melt it.” After eating half, I scraped it off the other half because it tasted so awful. The waitress came back and showed me that she wrote cheddar. Hubby said, the owner needs to talk with the kitchen staff because that was not what was put on it. The waitress admitted that the cook often makes it the way he wants to. She did offer to have it remade or give 10% off. I appreciated the offer. Hubby’s food, including pancakes, were good.

This was a great stop for breakfast. They serve breakfast and lunch with a great menu. Not too much, not too little. Something for everyone.
The food was hot and fresh, and the egg ooze on the BLT.
The establishment was also exceptionally clean, waitstaff was attentive and kind.

I’m getting straight to the point: out of all the breakfast spots around, this place is easily in the top two or three. And honestly, depending on how hungry I am, it might even be number one.
The real MVPs here are Sendy and Paige. You will not find a more caring, friendly, “we‑actually‑like-our-jobs” pair anywhere. If there were a Breakfast Staff Hall of Fame, they’d already have plaques.
The menu hits all the traditional favorites, plus some fun curveballs like the Southern Benny and the Breakfast Triple Decker.
Sure, there are a couple of sides I didn’t love, but nothing tragic. No major landmines, no “why does this taste like regret” moments. Just solid breakfast all around.
And in breaking news—they now accept credit cards. Yes, welcome to the future.

This place is phenomenal!! The atmosphere, the food, the people – wonderful!! It was super clean inside, every person who we met that works there were super friendly and the good came out quickly and tasted delicious. Two thumbs up. They have a decent sized menu to cater to even the pickiest eaters. We left full and satisfied. Thank you for making our first experience a memorable one in the best possible way.

I ordered breakfast, my biscuit was dense with no flavor, eggs were good, and a very small portion of home fries.
My nephew ordered a hamburger, it was a frozen burger cooked, no flavor to it,and he said the onion rings were soggy. I was charged a total of over $37.00 + tip.
Waitress was good., she did not introduce herself. I’m not sure I will go back.

What a great place to grab breakfast in Spring Hill. The service was great from the moment my family and I walked in and were greeted with a good morning. Very nicely designed restaurant with a very mellow atmosphere. It’s a great place to have breakfast. The food was delicious. I’ll definitely back in the future. Just remember, this establishment is cash only.

Absolutely waited over hr for break. My meal was not right at all. They way over charge for what they give. Not in any way timely manner. Service absolutely is way so slow server was really not on top of things at all. I love trying new places but I will not be back here. Cook didnt look at ticket right.
