Untouchable Cafe’

Wow, this was such a great find! Was looking for a brunch place and reading the good reviews, chose this place. It was surprisingly not busy. Upon arriving, the smell of the smoking meats greeted us as well as it’s pit master. Our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the jerk chicken with oxtail gravy (the huge portion of red beans and rice, steamed savory cabbage and fried plantains were so good and amazing). I could absolutely tasked how it was smoked slowly. My spouse ordered the Big Rick breakfast plate and OMG, even that was good. The grits were real (thick, buttery, and no salt needed) the scrambled eggs were perfectly season (again no salt or pepper needed) and the toast was hot, buttered and delicious. Pancake was big and crispy on the edges. And the coffee and fresh brewed ice tea were great. Seriously, we were so impressed and highly recommend this place. We hope to return on our next trip from Charleston and sample the dinner menu. Thanks to all!

I have been looking for a place with some great OX tail and here it is. The food was perfect!! It had a very good flavor and mixed great with the rice and cabbage.

My friend had the chicken and said it was also great to have.

The service was great. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. Couldn’t have been any better.

Overall, I highly recommend everyone coming here and having a bite to eat. You will not regret it.

I visited and had great customer service. The food was presented as being delightful. When we got home the rice was soggy. Cabbage wasn’t heated properly. The Brownstew tasted sour. The jerk chicken had a drumstick and 2 small pieces of I guess chicken. First impressions are lasting. I lost today but I will not go back

This is my 3rd time at the restaurant, and the food on the first and second time were amazing. I visited on 1/17/26 and was very disappointed. The plate was packed with peas and rice which was soggy, and I got one piece of chicken which was supposed to be jerk but tasted like bar bq. I went with my family and we all complained about the taste or lack of. The food had zero taste. My daughter ordered curry goat and it tasted as if it was spoiled. We returned it and the waiter was very nice and took it back. We all ate very little of the food and spent over $80 bucks. I wish i could have given a 5 star but unfortunately that is not the case and we will not be back.

Why is this restaurant not PACKED?!!! This is a beautifully decorated restaurant and THE FOOD IS AMAZING! We had fried mushrooms, the lamb chops, oxtail, chicken and waffles and one breakfast dish. Now that we’ve been there we will definitely be back!

The food and service was amazing. My boyfriend, and I decided to drive from Columbia, SC to this restaurant because of the great food that was mentioned by friends and family. When I arrived there I ordered the jerk chicken, a side of corn, with an extra side of the rice and beans, and cabbage. My boyfriend order the lamb chops, with an extra side of the cabbage a side of coleslaw, and a side of the broccoli which was seasoned outstanding. As an appetizer we ordered the crab balls with a side of the magnificent sauce to dip in. The food was amazing. Our hostesses and waiter Christina was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks. She was so friendly and kind. With the great customer service and amazing food. We will
definitely be back to Untouchable Cafe. Thank you Christina and Lunda. We will be back.

Best restaurant in Georgetown, hands down!!! Braised lamb was so tender and juicy! Flavor is out of this world! Peas and rice and Cabbage were flavorful also. Oxtail sauce on the lamb puts it over the top. Chicken and waffles were crispy on outside and tender inside. Flavor was on point too. The butter me up biscoff cake was so good. Also make sure you try the watermelon snapple drink the bartender Kim makes!! So good and refreshing. The owner Christine was so nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!

I had ordered food from here for the first time. I spent $75 worth of food and to think they would give you what you paid for..Nope. they give you less meat and the rice look smashed it didn’t even have any flavor to it. I called and see if u can bring it back and get a refund and the lady told me once we show you and hand it to you we can’t take it back. I hope they enjoy that tip I gave them too cause I’m never going back to them again. Untouchable my ass I won’t touch that food again

This establishment is unique. The food was superb and the staff was just so attentive and made you feel right at home. Christina, she was just awesome multitasking and continuing to make sure we had everything that we needed. If you have not eaten at untouchable café, you’re missing out. We will be back.

Best spot in town the cake is phenomenal the size of the slice too WOW wish I had know I would have shared it 3 ways! Unbelievably good red velvet. Everything was spot on. Order was right and nothing out of a can here. Fresh! New favorite.
