Came for the avocado toast and stayed for the STRAWBERRY MATCHA CLOUD refreshing heaven of a drink!

It does normally come with whole milk and a ricotta top layer so if you’re like me and cheese non-dairy you can simply ask for oat milk both in the body and the topping of the drink.

I don’t identify as vegan but this drink can be made 100% vegan just by asking for it to be made non-dairy! Easy Peezy

Thank you so much to Martin and Ivonne who took my order and made my drink as well as made me feel so welcome. Great vibes!

I stopped by Unravel Coffee after my run through Vail and loved the atmosphere. The coffee shop is right by a beautiful river, which adds to the charm, though it only offers indoor seating. The coffee was great, and the protein cookie was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast burrito. It had fried tater tots instead of potatoes, which just didn’t match the high-end expectations I had for the place. It’s probably a personal preference, but I think it would have been much better with real potatoes. Overall, it was still a good experience!

I absolutely love unravel coffee in Vail. Today I ordered a special iced gingerbread latte created in-house by Ivonne and it was absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend checking out unravel because they really care about quality & are just super sweet!

Food was excellent! I had the salmon toast which was nice and tasty. The side salad had a very refreshing citrusy dressing. Cappuccino was decent… not the best I’ve ever had but still quite good!

Upscale coffee shop. All the to-go coffee comes in a glass jar, which can also be recycled at the front entrance. They do all the milk based the espresso drink in a scientific way (shot vs. milk. vs. foam ratios). The drink tastes good, just a bit pricey.

Nice place, horrible coffee. Incredibly sour, incredibly bitter, we didn‘t drink any of the four drinks we had. Guys, it‘s not so hard to get your machine right and teach people how to make coffee.
