Denied service fo my boyfriend doe being essentially black. He came in with gloves a black jacket and a black hat. Had to knock several times to open the door despite coming before closing. My boyfriend simply asked for the prices of the drinks or see a menu before ordering. The manager denied that as it was close to closing and poured a shot of vodka he never asked for and because my boyfriend asked for a different item he was then pulled out his chair and forced to leave. We asked the security why this happened, the security guard agreed “it was for my boss thought he looked like a criminal and wasted his time” However multiple people were still being served, drinking, & dancing. Even though the security guard agreed and said it was “unfair” the fact that the manager of the store racially profiled him – The customer service was horrible and that should of never happened to him. I’ve worked in the service industry before and I understand it’s stressful especially after your almost done with your shift. I know ever store has the right to refuse service it’s completely unacceptable to refuse service just because your getting ready to close and your guest caused you an “inconvenience” for asking for an a menu instead of being served a random shot of tequila. I was allowed to stay maybe because I’m a female and fit in with my ethnicity being Hispanic I had to leave too because I would never give money to a bartender (The Manager) being lazy and refusing service). The fact that the security recognized it was not right to do after asking to speak to manager he told us “Sorry, he doesn’t want to spend to you. He had a long day and this is just how he is”. Anyways, be careful and head my warning … If you look to black and come in this restaurant as black man who is wearing a black hoodie, black gloves, and attempt to ask for a menu the bartender for beanie ask for a menu 30 mins before closing and the bar/manager at this restaurant who apparently has wonderful service please understand that you’re at risk for being denied service if the bartender isn’t a good mood because he’s tired, and is emotionally immature enough to not be a professional bartender who is able tk provide the most basic customer sevice,and profiles a new guest who just happens to be black and makes the become “suspicious” for his attire & race then has the security guard admitted it because he’s too tired to talk is just wrong. But hey if you can’t do your job in the service industry and allow your emotions to loose guests why even clock into thr shift?

Got to this place at 6pm and it’s half past midnight AND I AM STILL HERE HAVONG A BLAST!!! THE FOOD THE DRINKS THE ATMOSPHERE IS AWESOME!!!! If you want some hookah you have the outside area for your smokers. The owners were super cool they gave us VIP because we’ve been here for a long time!!! Front row seats to the big screen for Canelo and Jacob’s fight live!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience. I went on a Saturday night. The food was really good. They had a live Spanish DJ and the atmosphere was amazing. I don’t speak an ounce of Spanish yet the music and the beat made me enjoy my entire time. The servers were really attentive and the drinks were really good. I highly suggest/recommend.

This place is a gem. Good music (a bit loud but not overwhelming), the food comes out fast, and the staff treats you like family. When I came in tonight (only my second time here), the bar tender greeted me with a handshake and said, “Welcome home!” Try the beef empanadas and the pupusas. Exceptional place.
