Flavors here are perfect! I come here on my lunch break probably every other week and usually get the special pho. I will say the pho portions are a little small compared to places in south sac, but the portions are just right. By the time I’m done with the meat, noodles and half the broth I’m pretty stuffed.
I did try the pork banh mi once and the girl working loaded it up with a lot of meat. She was definitely giving me my moneys worth because I recall wishing there were a little more veggies to balance out all the flavor of the meat, that’s how packed full of flavor the meat was.
Overall this is a solid place and I really hope they get enough business to continue staying open. The workers are always extremely friendly, the food always comes fast, it’s in the building next to arden mall (where the crunch gym is)- so it’s a lot quieter than the actual mall food court too.
Definitely worth trying!

This was hands down the best Banh-Mi I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot. The pho was great as well. The owner here is humble and kind, and clearly has a lot of pride in his food. He made this experience feel like a 5-star restaurant.

Please note that there has been a new owner at Unphogettable for the past 5 months or so.
The quality that the new owner Van (pronounced Vin) puts into his food is different. He cares about not just the food quality and presentation, but also the customer!
Give this place a try! It’s located in a small food court next to the Crunch Gym and all of his food is jam packed with flavor.

This is a food court inside Arden mall, not far from entrance, plenty of open seats when we were there. Order and pay up front style, still get food served. Friendly service. Decent food. Tastes are little fusion. The vermicelli with beef (the sauce tasted like korean sweet sauce), the grilled pork one was decent. Fish sauce is not authentic.

Honestly have gotten shrimp spring rolls from here a few times and the owner has always been super nice and kind. He even gave me a free drink which was super sweet.
Their rice plates & spring rolls are bomb especially for it being in a mall food court. They are worth your money and if you’re ever hungry and looking for a quick yummy meal, I recommend coming here!!
The gym I go to is right next to it so will definitely be coming back every chance I can get. I wish the owner and their business all the success! He deserves it, very sweet and kind individual.

I never knew this place existed and I’ve been visiting the Arden Mall for years. It was a surprise to find that there was a food court right next to Barnes and Noble. The food was really good and $7.50 for a bahn mi sandwich isn’t bad. The guy who helped me out was really nice too.
