The Cat’s Meow Grooming & Suites
This restaurant is fantastic. Food is scratch made, with great depth of flavor. Their banh mi is on fabulous bread with all the correct toppings, and the side of broth is a unique and amazing touch. The second time I came, I got the special duck leg soup and it was rich, well seasoned, with crispy duck skin and generous portion of duck. Heaven! Cold rice noodles salad came with tasty shrimp cakes and sweet sauce, perfect on a hot day. The hot autumn roll was unique and beautiful, and a refreshing departure from a traditional spring roll.

Stopped by this restaurant after discovering it while searching for pho in the Mesa area. Catchy name, friendly service, and amazing food. I ordered the pho with vegetables because I wanted something lighter. Perfect broth and noodles, and the different vegetables were cooked perfectly. I’m looking forward to coming back to try some of their other menu items.

Been coming here for over a decade for fresh, healthy, yummy pho! It’s always delicious and worth the wait. When I get any type of respiratory infection, I can count on going to either of the locations for food that will help nourish my body back to health. You should come too! Where do I begin… This is going to sound dramatic but it is the whole hearted honest truth. This place fills me with joy at just the thought of eating there.
I have been working my way through all of the Bahn mi sandwiches in the Phoenix area and ranking them. This is the screaming obvious winner. Honestly I feel so bad for every other restaurant that I have had to develop an entirely different scale to grade them on. Unphogettable is in its own category. Mic drop, dab, end of story
If I had to choose one meal to eat exclusively for every meal for the rest of my life it would be the pork Bahn mi. It is served with a lovely dipping broth, the bread it toasty and deliciously crunchy in the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The veggies are perfectly fresh and crunchy and the butter/ pate spread is perfectly subtle, adding depth without overwhelming pate flavor.
I have also had their spring rolls and pho. Also insanely delicious and the best version of both of those dishes I have had in the valley.
The restaurant is owned by a local family and all of the employees I have experienced are really pleasant.

We’ve heard good things about this place so we decided to try it out. The food was very tasty! I also love having vegetarian options, which is why I really love Asian food. My husband got the pho, he did think it was good but he didn’t read all the ingredients of the one he got so there was some stuff in it he didn’t like such as tripe. I got the stir fried noodles with veggies and tofu, it was really delicious! The waitress and the staff were very nice and professional. We were very happy with our experience here.

First waitress was very rude, seemed annoyed we were not ready to order but gave less than 5 minutes to look the menu over while we were waiting for another member of our party to arrive. When other member arrived they barely had time to sit before being asked if we were ready to order.
Waitress stuck fingers into cups when they took them for refills. And the meal felt like they were in a rush to get us out.
Food was okay, has been awhile since we last ate here (about 3 years). Soup 1 was good, bit bland. S7 recipe has changed a lot. Appatizer A1 was excellent. 07 tasted great warm, but got cold fast. The side of meatballs is very small. Asked for extra of the veggies, but did not recieve them. The veggies that did arrive were crisp and clean.
Used to eat here a lot until they added the service fee. Figured we would give it a try and was rather disappointed.

While my photos may not do it justice (I snapped them in the middle of our meal), this spot is a solid choice for Vietnamese cuisine. The Pho was flavorful, though the chicken was a bit gamey. On the other hand, the fried spring rolls were delightfully crispy and tasty, although the lettuce accompanying them wasn’t too fresh, showing some rusty red hues. The peanut dip served with the soft spring rolls was thick and packed with flavor. Service was good, and the restaurant was clean and inviting.

THE BEST BANH MI I’ve ever had, & I’ve had my fair share! It comes with pho broth on the side, so it’s like a French dip sandwich, but better!! Omg I could eat this everyday. My friend also loved his pho very much!!
