I lived in Chicago for 11 years (including downtown for 3 years) and my Wife is born and raised there and Lou Malnatis and Unos were both always the best pizza we’d ever had! I’m a Miami native and was searching for any authentic Chicago Deep Dish since moving back to South Florida. The reviews here were hit or miss but I was in the area and figured it was worth a try.

It was on point! This pizza was Just as good as the Chicago restaurant! Crust and sauce was great and warm. Could’ve been less onions though and i got a steak and cheese stromboli and a chicken and bacon stromboli and both were amazing! My Wife got the gluten sensitive pepperoni and loved it! I’ve seen some bad reviews but it seems those were mostly due to deliveries so I’d suggest picking it up in person.

Previous reviews helped me know where to go. This is not a restaurant, it’s just pick up. You enter the Hilton hotel lobby and go left past the bar to the coffee shop/Starbucks stand. There will be a display saying pick up unos here. I did an online order so I just gave them my name and within 5 minutes they brought our pizzas and calzones out. There were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at. Suggestion bring your own drinks because the café/coffee shop drink prices were terrible. They need to hurry up and bring Lou Malnatis or a full Unos restaurant to Miami or Broward County ASAP! Let’s start a petition! If you know you know!

From today’s order where I ordered a pizza with just pepperoni on it and it came all screwed up with everything on it. My cheese sticks have raw dough all throughout them so I can’t even eat them. I ordered last night too and got a individual deep dish pepperoni, other than it being burnt pretty bad and me having to tear off a bunch of crust it was really good and yesterday the cheese sticks were great. But 2 orders in 2 days and they both came messed up. If they could just get a damn order right this place would be amazing, I’m so disappointed!!!

I have to put in a disclaimer: the pizza itself was 100% Uno’s It was worth all the shenanigans to get it.

First off, this is NOT a Pizzeria Uno’s. You can’t go sit there, it’s literally just an official Uno’s kitchen you can’t see or interact with hidden in the bowels of an airport hotel lobby.

You can’t sit in the veranda area or Tony Roma’s (the full-service restaurant in the hotel lobby), bc they’re not allowed to serve the Uno’s food in those areas. We were actively shoo’ed away when we mentioned Uno’s.

You have to check in at the Starbucks cafe for pickup, and then just wait for folks to run back and forth giving time estimates and updates.

If you are expecting a typical Uno’s with seating, red brick, a bar and TVs you are likely going to feel cheated by the whole experience.

BUT if you just want that delicious deep dish pizza, it’s still good! Custom delivery boxes, quality ingredients, all of it – the food was amazing but the entire Rube Goldberg-esque process to get the food you paid for online is bewildering.

And don’t trust the location on Google Maps. Just go to the hotel entrance and the SBux Cafe for Uno’s pickup is immediately on your left. The pin will have you wandering around their ballrooms in the attached conference center.

This might be the worst pizza I have ever had. Crust is like cardboard and sauce tasted like it came out of a can. Crust was burnt and hard. The interior was not deep dish. It was a sunken in layer of cheese and sauce. Mushroom toppings were burnt and inedible. Chicken wings also tasteless and burnt.

It’s Chicago Uno’s inside Hilton Hotel. You order online it gets delivered at the Cafe inside the Hilton lobby. Plenty of places to eat it there. Outside by the pool and lake in the pool bar you can also order it however there’s an up charge for that. The facility is very tropical, music, boat and jet ski rental on a fairly large lake right by the airport. You can see the planes coming in to airport.
Pizza was very good even though it differ a bit from Uno’s in Orlando due to the crust. This crust has a corn crust which makes it even more crunchy crust it reminded us of Pizzeria Due pizza also from Chicago. Definitely will order again and make my own this time more like Chicago Classic.

Worse pizza I’ve had since moving to the area..I ordered the numero uno. There was 1 piece mozzarella right in the middle of the pizza. The toppings were burnt on top. The entire pizza was loaded with sauce to make it seem like it was loaded. The dough itself seemed to be pieced together to make a pizza crust. The pizza was cut wrong snd in odd shapes. Since.there was to much sauce snd all the toppings on top of the sauce. It slid off and made half the pizza inedible.

I’ll be honest, I’ve eaten at the original in Chicago and have been eating at Orlando’s location for 20 years. After reading these reviews, I will not even attempt it. I really hate being disappointed when it comes to food that is expected to be excellent and then only wasting my time. You need to fix these reviews. and to not have a physical location. Don’t ruin the Uno name, find something else.

We got delivery from here on Uber Eats, second time we’ve done so. Everything was good until we realized they used American cheese in our deep dish sausage and pepperoni this time?? Who in their right mind would do this? It definitely was NOT mozzarella. Very upsetting when you spend $36 on one pizza and they do this!! The crust and sauce were spot on though.

Update: I got delivery again recently and they seemed to have fixed this issue. Very good pizza!! Glad they sorted this out.

Terrible. Ordered pepperoni with mushrooms. Got pepperoni and sausage with mushrooms and no cheese. Crust was hard as a rock. Almost broke my tooth. Should not be allowed to sell Uno pizzas . Ruining brand. Next time will get it at Orlando restaurant.

Phillip was excellent bartender. He had about 20 customers at 1pm with no barback. He has several changes to make and several drinks to make.
