Super Bowl Sunday 2026 and we were craving a truly great pizza — UNO Pizzeria absolutely delivered.
This was a call-in order, and Jaron answered the phone. From the start, he treated us like VIPs. He was patient, attentive, and locked in on every detail of our order. We asked for a vegetarian pizza with wings, and he didn’t just meet our expectations — he exceeded them. You could hear the ownership and pride in how he handled everything. That kind of next-level service can’t be faked — it’s a gift — and Jaron clearly has it.
His trainee (I didn’t catch her name) brought the same rockstar energy — friendly, sharp, and fully engaged. The whole interaction felt smooth, upbeat, and professional from start to finish.
Shoutout to Jaron and the entire team — this is what standout customer service looks like. Keep doing what you’re doing. We’ll definitely be back.

Came just before happy hour ended. The Samuel Adams light was ice cold and on tap for $4. The pizza took a moment and they got a bit of the topping mix wrong but it was still great. A dinner (with beers) for two with ample leftovers at under $40 in a miracle in this economy. We’ll be back.

1) I’m allergic to wheat & milk.
2) I don’t make enough B-cells to fight infections, so I can’t sit in a restaurant.
3) Today was my husband’s & my 22nd wedding anniversary.
We went to Unos to get me a nice pizza (to take home) that I could actually eat, & we may have been waited on by the manager himself. For some reason the computer/system wouldn’t let the first waiter order my pizza correctly, so the manager not only took over, he personally brought my pizza out to my car, to make sure it was correct. I thanked him profusely, saying that it was our anniversary, & I appreciated him making sure we got our dinner without any trouble. Well, 2 mins later, he showed back up at our car, saying, “I don’t know if you can eat it, but here’s some chocolate cake just to say Happy Anniversary.”
My friend, I may not have been able to eat it, but it made our night. 🙂 And our kids loved it. Thanks for trying to make our day a bit more special, when doing anything special is difficult.

It has been years since we’ve been to UNO Pizzeria, and we were very happy that we stopped by the restaurant for lunch today. Our lunch selections turned out to be delicious, and we had an excellent waiter. The portion sizes were large, and the prices were very modest. I had the pizza and salad lunch combo ($9.99), and my wife had manicotti with sausage. We ordered from the menu not knowing that it was pasta Thursday when any pasta is priced at $12.99, a very pleasant surprise. We are looking forward to many future lunches at UNO.

Ordered take out here tonight. I got an uno pizza which we have ordered many times before. This pizza we got tonight was extremely salty. Much more than normal and the dough was raw underneath. It was not edible. It is a shame because it used to be so good but honestly, for the expensive price of this pizza, it should be at least edible.

I cant remember my last experience eating here but I do know it was years ago. Went here today to eat and we got a spicy Hawaiian pizza. We didn’t get anything else but drinks. The server was very nice. The restaurant and tables were clean. We went there around 3pm I think. Not many people in there yet. The pizza was excellent. We both talked about how good it was and tried to remember why we haven’t been back there for so long lol. I’m giving it a 5 out of 5. No complaints to report and I can only assume coming from a pizza place that the other pizza styles were just as good.

Let me start off by saying the food, drinks and service were very good. We attended the Grinch event. Although it was jammed packed, the service was great and the food came out quickly. We were first seated towards the back and there was a strong bathroom scent where we sat. We were moved to the front of the restaurant. You could still smell the bathroom. Eating in a restaurant that smells like sewer is not the highlight of my life. But the kids were so excited to meet the Grinch, take pics and make their own delicious pizzas. I ended up needing to use the bathroom (against my better judgment) OMG. Please close the restaurant until the bathroom/sewer situation is fixed. Our serve said it’s been this way for months!!!

UNO’s in Frederick closed. So, we thought we would drive to this one about 45 min away, just because we missed UNO’s pizza. The drive was not bad(lots of places near by to shop afterwards), the store was clean, service was good but, until just as we were leaving, there were only 2 servers and a manager to assist for the entire place. Things were a bit slow but our server did a great job with all the tables she had, she even managed to keep her smile in place. The atmosphere was as many places are, filled with a mix of happy times, good friends, and families. It also had 2 tables that both LOUDLY complained about everything and demanded better service, quicker refills, and finally wanted everything comped(free) because they had to wait for their food, refills, and even said someone had a baby that was crying and that bothered the one table. People, get a hold on yourself. We are all in this place together. Bottom line: will we return? Yes. The food was as yummy remembered, and worth our drive, with our
server being a calming presence despite the short staffing.
